神戸に来たらまたここに泊まりたいです。
Pros:

元町駅からとても近くて、お部屋が綺麗で、お風呂場も清潔でコーヒーマシンもあってとても良かったです。

Cons:

よくばりな要求かもしれませんが、化粧水などのアメニティがあったら嬉しかったです。ホテルはどうしても乾燥するので…

ドリンクバーが便利で立地は最高
Pros:

ウォーターサーバーと製氷機や紙カップがあるのは本当に助かります。スプーンとかもあったら最高。3階にドリンクバーがあって炭酸水があるのもいいです。
化粧台が部屋にあるのもすごい便利

Cons:

スプーンや割りばしでもいいからドリンクバーにあったらいいのに
後はもう少しベッドが大きかったらなー

部屋は、清潔でした。駐車場は、残念でした。

駅から近く、利便性が高かった

Cons:

駐車場をホームページ記載の所にとめたが、チェックイン時に、提携駐車場ではなくなっていた、と言われた。確かに、ホームページには、予告なく提携ではなくなる、とは書いてありましたが。
ワゴン車なので、車高が高く、他にとめれる提携駐車場は徒歩10分もかかるため、大変だった。
その点だけは、よくなかった。

①朝食の質（美味しかった。）特に、焼きたてパンが絶品だった。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　②3階のドリンクサービス（飲みものの種類の多さ、特にカプチーノとカフェモカが有りどちらも美味しかった。）
風呂上がりのアイスバーが嬉しかった。

Cons:

①枕が高く、硬く調整できなかった。　　　　　　　②布団が厚く重かった。薄い毛布、タオルケットが2枚あった方が良かった。　　　　　　③化粧水が用意されていなかった。インスタグラムのパスワード設定が上手くできなくサービスを諦めた。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　④携帯電話の充電コードを借りたが時間が掛かりほとんど充電できなかった。　　　　　　⑤トイレットペーパーが最初から少なく、予備のペーパーが部屋になく、フロントで調達した。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　⑥帰宅して宿泊料金のレシートをみたら、クレジットカードの支払に疑問があった。これから確認する。
