Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un inconveniente per la prenotazione di una camera per disabili. Nonostante mi fossi accertata e assicurata che ci fosse, una volta arrivati lì, all'ospite disabile in carrozzina non è stata assegnata la camera con bagno per disabili, questo non è assolutamente passabile, sia professionalmente che umanamente. La signora anziana si è dovuta "arrangiare" in una camera non predisposta
