A good central location for the sunshine coast. Fairly quiet considering its on the main road

The property was in a good location and easy to get to the beach. The pools were clean and inviting.
Close to shopping
Good location, close to beach, room clean with good facilities but quite small, some tape on floor tiles where needs repairing, limited towels, 1 face washer. Bathtub slippery so needed to put towel on bath base
Pool and grounds
Excellent location for a stay, 2 mins from beach. The property is undergoing renovations so some rooms are fresh and modern while others are dated. The staff are really helpful and friendly.
Older style resort complex, well maintained, would be great for young families with the extensive outdoor pool area, walking distance to restaurants and cafes, friendly and informative reception staff
Great location would be even better for families. The pools are a dream come true for kids

Never ever book hotel room if your stay is a long one. Very cramped no service. Pools are great and location is good
Room was good just need a bit of a freshen up. Close to beach
The pools were amazing so nice to have a lot to choose from. Well maintained. The doors being so heavy would relly slam if you let them. Not a hotel issue but maybe a reminder on the doors to consider others who may be sleeping and close the door quietly not let it slam.
Room was a little dated. Some lamps would have been nice. Good location though with a short drive or walk to either Mooloolaba or Maroochydore.
This room needs an update. Internet was not working. I contacted Hotels.com and said they would address it with hotel. But obviously didn’t. As we had no internet for two day stay. Not impressed that we could not access at all.
Location great! Our room had access to the water which was nice. Loved how close it was to the beach.
Great location, opposite the beach, walkable to lots of food options and bus stop right outside.
Lovely gardens and pools. Shame only one of the heated pools was open, as it made it busy. Would be amazing in summer with the huge unheated lagoon pool usable too.
Very clean and comfortable (one of the renovated ones apparently), with gorgeous ocean and pool view from the top floor. Useful to have washer and dryer.
Unfortunately the lift to this room was out of order, and the stair wells were outdoors and a bit of a maze to find.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Shower over the bath really not acceptable for elderly people like us we,everything else was good but we will not stay there again due to the shower over the bath very hard to get in and out of
