Location and sauna

Cons:

Some of the staff were rude, and when I asked a simple question, they were not helpful at all. I asked where I could buy a ticket for the express train to the airport, and the staff member simply said, “I don’t know.” Later, I found out the ticket office was on the same street, inside the metro station, very close by. It was such a basic question, and I expected better assistance from the staff.
