いつもお世話になっております
Pros:

歌舞伎町という立地からしたら非常にコスパがいい

Cons:

大浴場の湯が非常に熱く、ぬるめ派の自分では足しか浸かる事ができなかった(以前より熱かった)
客にも色々な好みがあるので難しいとは思うが、、、

近い！安い！
Pros:

新宿駅までも近いし、利便性は高くオススメのカプセルホテル！なんと言っても安い！！！

Cons:

カプセルホテルだから仕方がないけど、真夜中の外国人の電話の声がうるさかった！

The location is convenient and for the price it is considerably worth it, but it’s no 4 star hotel if you catch my drift. Essentially just a place to shower, shit, and lay your head
