Location was perfect . Everyone is the staff , Nima , Deepak and Sangeeta from the restaurant team were amazing.

Divyansh did an amazing job. He was super helpful and answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. The gym is nice and well maintained, which made our experience even better. Highly recommend!

We visited for dinner today, and the service was truly outstanding. Special shoutout to Mr. Nikhil, who handled our reservation smoothly, remembered it was my friend’s birthday, and even surprised us with a beautiful cake arrangement. Lovely hotel, exquisite setting on lake in Udaipur. Best welcome ever, with music, rose petal confetti etc. fantastic colonial bar with great food. Super comfortable rooms. Great staff. Only disappointment was pool too cold to use. Hotel provide tuk tuk to take guests into shopping area. Culture shock , great people , not the cleanest of shopping areas, but the shop owners were extremely friendly. Great experience. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend lake view room . Far superior to plunge pool room. 10/10. Forgot to mention, it was my son’s birthday and they went out of their way to celebrate it with him. Thank you so very much. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Ankur at the front desk ensured a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out, setting the tone for the stay.

Akash, my butler, was exceptional throughout. He was patient, attentive, and proactive in keeping me informed about experiences across the property, including cultural performances and dining options. He assisted with outfit suggestions based on the weather, helped manage golf cart arrangements to the back gate during busy hours, and was extremely patient in helping me capture photos and videos, as I was travelling alone.

Dining was handled thoughtfully by Anshul, who quickly understood my preferences and ensured subsequent meals reflected them seamlessly.

I also appreciated the managers overseeing the Library Bar and the restaurant, who checked in periodically to ensure everything ran smoothly.

A special mention to the musicians, singers, and dancers across the property. Their performances added warmth and character to the experience, from welcome moments to evening shows.

Having stayed at several prestigious Taj and Leela properties in Mumbai, Goa, and Udaipur, this stay stood out for its genuine, well-balanced hospitality. I would highly recommend The Leela Udaipur Palace.

We had a great lunch at The Leela Palace Jaipur, Peacock Lounge. It is recently opened and since we wanted a la carte on republic day Chef Zuber accompanied us to the the restaurant. We had the Mushroom cappucino soup and Entree which included Tajin, ending it with Egyptian Omali and the food was just awesome prepared by Chef Shireen under the expert guidance of Chef Zuber. We got excellent service from Biranchi and Suhana. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Jaipur to try out the restaurants and food at The Leela. The property itself is stunning the Peacock Lounge has some amazing art work too.

Not one thing. The staff are rude. They change the reservation terms at will. Charge you for everything.

Leela Palace Udaipur is a beautiful Place to Stay. Moreover Our stay was elevated by Raghav Batra. He was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even asked. From setting up a surprise anniversary celebration to ensuring our room was immaculate, Raghav's attention to detail was unmatched. He made our trip truly unforgettable.

Location is good, weather is cold and nice. Had gone to the gym and the gym coordinator was very cordial
