Pros:

Breakfast wasn't good. No tooth brush in washrooms. I visited Calgary holiday Inn and other branches,Breakfast was so good and variety. Also damp smell from rooms here. Not good experience at all.

We come here at least twice a year. For shopping and went to Sens game. Perfect location to enjoy the Ottawa area
Pros:

Rooms are large and very comfortable. Great parking. Staff are wonderful. Very clean facilities. Perfect location between Kanata and Downtown Ottawa. Have stayed here before and will stay here again. Highly recommend

Won’t be back and sharing my experience with others
Pros:

The sausages were dry. No pancakes left. Coffee pot was empty.

Cons:

I wasn’t told the pool was closed.the main reason for booking there so my grandson could go swimming.I searched web for best price and when I got there I got what they charge.

The location was very nice and the room was so nice and clean and was very comfortable and big.

In the washroom instead of using curtain for bath tub it’s better I think to have like a glass wall.
