Comfortable but ultimately disappointing and not what I’d recommend for someone in a wheelchair.
Pros:

Staff was incredible. However checking out on a Saturday morning and one person was working… that seems crazy to me. It was after the breakfast hours were done.

Cons:

I asked for an accessible room. Which we got. The soap and hand lotion - impossible to reach from a wheelchair POV. Luckily for me I’m getting around okay enough with just a cane. But the same experience in the shower. I had to stand up to reach the provided products. Seems quite counterintuitive to have the things I need to shower out of reach from the bench seat I specifically booked the room for. We were also put on the second floor … in the event of a fire how would we have made it down without the elevators?
