Not a great experience
Pros:

This hotel needs a refresh badly. Dated lobby, hallways, rooms and elevators. When we asked for the typical 2 bottles of water at check in, we were told only 1 was allowed per the management. We have never run into this issue while staying at any Hilton property. Hilton is our preferred brand, but this hotel was different (in not a good way). We will be travelling to Athens often this coming year and will be staying someplace else based on our stay experience with the property and team.

Cons:

No facilities for guests to do laundry. I’ve paid less elsewhere for comparable accomodations with the added bonus of a convenient place on site to do laundry.

Was a good stay.
Pros:

The staff and lower lobby was great.

Cons:

The shower curtain was hanging outside the shower causing water to flow onto the floor. The fitness room was small and only 2 treadmills. For the price of $300+ the rooms were small. The TV also has become complex. I just wanted normal channels, but all the Netflix, Disney and Apple was over kill just to watch some news.

Disappointed
Cons:

We were in room 307. The kingbed was very uncomfortable. One side of the bed was creaky but the other side was like sleeping in a hole and made noise with every move as if it was broken through to the frame. Also the air conditioner was very loud and clanky when it was circulating air. We did not sleep at all. I had an appointment the next morning for surgery at 7:00am. Needless to say we were very tired and sick. One last thing…the chain lock was broken. We are members at Hilton which includes Hampton. We should have received better treatment including better room accommodations.
