Excellent séjour à Isla Mujeres ! La chambre et les espaces communs étaient impeccablement propres, les équipements étaient de très bonne qualité et parfaitement entretenus. Le personnel a été très sympathique, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Rien à redire, nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrions avec plaisir. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super cercano al ferry
Pros:

A pocos minutos del ferry, no es necesario taxi. Buena relación calidad precio. El personal muy atento. Cama era enorme y el aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla.

Cons:

Sólo tenía enchufe en un lado de la cama, pero positivo que era europeo (español).

La manera en que Booking realiza el servicio, dan números telefónicos que nunca contestan y no son del lugar donde nos atenderán, nunca me indicaron que la habitación no tenía vista a la playa y por cambiarla tuve un cargo extra, Booking no me gusta prefiero realizar mi compra del servicio directamente con el dueño del establecimiento, ustedes nos dejan a la deriva sin información y venden mentiras, adiós Booking, no quiero nada contigo.

A nice reunion of this island that I visited before
Pros:

The first thing I check before booking a hotel is what others have written about, for example wifi and internet quality, that there is access to free drinking water, that it is close to restaurants and shops and all of this was met here. However, the internet connection was sometimes weak. But the staff was nice and helpful. I got some help with a new phone and the subscription when my old phone got lost on the trip to the island

The elevator was out of order for a few hours.
