Ótima localização, mas sem serviço de concierge
Pros:

Localização excelente. Ao lado do ferry e próximo do centrinho turístico. Antes do check in e depois do check out pudemos acessar a piscina e há local apropriado para deixar as malas durante esse tempo. Há bebedouro, banheiros e uma ducha coletiva no local da piscina. Seria perfeito se houvesse uma ducha em local reservado.

Cons:

O site informa serviço de concierce, mas isso não existe no local. Ofertar serviço sem ter, deveria ser causa de redução do valor da diária. As informações turísticas foram repassadas pelo próprio pessoal da recepção. As dicas foram excelentes, mas creio que faltou um pouco de pró-atividade, pois repassadas somente depois de solicitadas. Ausência de café da manhã tb me fez repensar o custo-benefício da diária. Não permitiram check in antecipado, sendo que usurpam o tempo de 3h da diária para limpeza do quarto (isso era 2h, mas de um tempo pra cá tem sido aumentado pelos hotéis em geral). Horário da piscina reduzido restringe ou até inviabiliza o uso (até 6 pm). Uma série de regras e restrições que deveriam ser colocadas no site, e não simplesmente entregues ao cliente no momento do check in (vide foto). Sou extremamente contra esse tipo de postura de alguns estabelecimentos, por isso sempre reportarei na avaliação.

החדר גדול ונקי, המיקום טוב. ממש מול המעבורת וכמה דקות הליכה מהחוף הצפוני והרחוב הראשי.

Cons:

החדר מאוד בסיסי. המזגן מקפיא בלי יכולת לעלות את המעלות. אצלנו בחדר היה חלון בלי וילון שדרכו נכנס המון אור בבוקר. כשביקשנו להחליף חדר נענינו בשלילה (היינו בסופשבוע והמלון היה מלא). עם זאת, לא סידרו את המזגן וגם לא את החלון.

Tremendo. Stanza umida, il condizionatore non è regolabile. Bagno fatiscente pieno di ruggine. C’erano strane cose appiccicate al sapone del bagno. Piccole formiche risalivano dal lavandino. Stanza vecchia che puzza di muffa. Arredo vecchio e logoro. Da evitare.

The hotel is located directly on a very busy street, and the noise level is unbearable. It honestly feels like sleeping on the street itself. All night long there is constant noise from cars, motorcycles, trucks, sirens from ambulances and police—there is no break at all.

Unfortunately, the room has virtually no sound insulation, so every sound comes through clearly. We barely slept the entire night. If a hotel chooses to operate in such a location, it should invest properly in noise-isolating windows and rooms. As it stands, staying here was extremely uncomfortable and not restful at all.

El mejor hotel y con el mejor personal en Isla Mujeres. Nos encantó todo, desde las instalaciones y la habitación hasta lo comodos que nos hicieron sentir desde el primer momento y tras el checkout todo el personal.

Posizione centrale ma la stanza troppo rumorosa. Si sentono, macchine, moto, tandem e qualsiasi tipo di rumore sin dalle 8 del mattino.
In più ho pagato per una camera premium vista mare ma di mare non si vede nulla in quanto ci sono gli edifici davanti che coprono la vista. Non vale assolutamente i soldi spesi. Molto caro, scarsa pulizia e cattivo odore
