The property owner needs to invest on floor carpet as ceramic tiles are too cold and room doesn’t give you that relaxing.

TV channels and no channels with SA sport. This is one thing that will keep me away from this hotel. Local news and sport are important.
I reported around 6 the day I checked in that the shower head fell down while trying to shower and expected to be attended to. I did not get help at all until I checked out.
But last day on my departure I loved service I got at the reception, I forgot my handbag at the reception and the lady made a way of it reaching me at airport before my departure with everything in order.

Everything was excellent, with the exception of the breakfast service.
We were not informed that breakfast was only served until 10:00 AM. As a result, we arrived at 10:00 AM to find that the food was already finished and very little was available.
That food was not available.

The place outside its very inviting and clean up market.They served us good breakfast at their kitchen which I was impressed.
I didnt like the aircon was not working properly,no macrowave if you need to warm your food.Neighbours children were running the corridors and their TV only played one channel.maybe bring your bottled water when you check in bcz there no tap unless you use the bathroom.
