A 6 km de Zihuatanejo et de son centre animé, La Palmas offre un environnement chic, sobre et harmonieux pour se relaxer en famille au bord du Pacifique. La résidence est très bien conçue pour avoir à la fois du calme et tous les services à portée de main. Toute l’équipe de Las Palmas adorable et efficace pour faire du séjour un moment unique. Facile d’accès en voiture de location ou transport privé / taxi.

Cons:

Seul bémol : un courant parfois dangereux limite les baignades dans les rouleaux face à l’hôtel.

Pros:

Service was phenomenal. Felipe, Juan, Al, and every single staff member we encountered went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. Friendly and welcoming and so helpful. Bilingual. The villa was breathtaking, and we had the pools mostly to ourselves every day. Saw whales and dolphins at our beach.

Cons:

Only complaint was the water in the showers never got very warm. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's so serene and private for that reason. Felt like our own private island.

There is nothing about the hotel. It's ready exclude it from the city.
Pros:

We could not sleep on the first night because of mosquitos, i'm not sure if the room has been cleaned. Because the sheets looked very tinty, I smell like dust. Also, lots of adds on two bathroom floor
THERE WERE STOLEN ATTENDANTIS AT THE FRONT DESK UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING
Find the later manager came over the next day, after I showed them and I complained about that shouldn't be the situation in a nice.Hotel, we spent five hundred dollars a night
I was shocked by his answer. He said, this is normal.That's expected.What do I need to do about, i told him I need turn on client The sheets replaced addrespay the room wants & add funny coil to kill mosquitos.
We can practice a room after breakfast. Everything was taken care of I said requested.
There is no water in the room, either.We had to request it, also, they have him in the fridge, but I was empty.
The restaurant staff are very nice, but they are very slow. I'm very forgetful.
In many occasions, we have to remind them to bring the order, or salt & paper
Sometimes they don't understand special request on some food. For example, I requested in my omelette.To make sure the onion will be extra walton.Sauteed onion
Debrato omeletteAdd the onion was barely cooked, they put a fresh piece of onion on top of the unlid. It's like decoration
The other meals do I think that day is heavy, tasty and well made.

The beach is not swimming, but it has been high tide

Beach moderator and manager Hector and Francisco - due to this being a favorite area of nationals during the busy holiday time - we felt targeted becuz we were American (same rules didnt apply to all)

Beautiful luxury villas in a quality and relaxing location!
Pros:

The villas were beautiful, the property grounds were well maintained and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The beach was also beautiful. You can walk for miles!

Cons:

1. Our villa (B9) could use some newer kitchen supplies. Pots and pans were very old, knives extremely dull and no larger bowls or serving platters if you wanted to make and serve a family meal.

2. The property is located on Playa Blanca. While great to be in a more secluded location, it is very far from town and shops. An average taxi ride into town is $30-40 CDN dollars. Be aware of this when booking. If you want a quiet and secluded getaway, this is a great place. If you need more to do (entertainment, restaurants etc) you may want to consider staying closer to town.

El lugar perfecto para descansar
Pros:

El lugar es precioso, muy tranquilo y bien cuidado, la villa muy completa lo tiene todo la alberca no es muy grande, pero nunca estuvo saturada y bueno tienes alberca en tu villa , la playa enorme, de arena muy suave y las amenidades de la playa muy bien. El restaurante un poco caro y no hay mucha variedad pero la comida está rica.
