I liked the view I originally paid for the view with all the windows but the changed my room because of complaints of it being cold even though it was my fiancé’s birthday and I wanted to surprise her
So the first night of our stay my fiancé work up in the middle of the night out of fear and was telling me there’s bugs crawling and biting her . As I got up to look and put a light on there were bed bugs I got it on video and she had bites on her face arms and legs , I thought I didn’t have bites but days into my stay I begin having a terrible itch on the top corner of my elbow and forearm . This is ridiculous I’m overly upset

Good Location
Everything about this hotel was excellent. My 2nd visit to NYC, first time staying at Club Quarters. From check in to check out staff were first class, friendly and so helpful. Our room was 1 bedroom suite for my adult son and myself with plenty space and a great price for our 5 night stay. Location was also excellent 5 minute walk to subway, and away from the hustle and bustle. O'Hara's Bar 2 mins walk from hotel and all attractions close by. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to family, friends and work colleagues.
Can't find anything negative to say about Club Quarters World Trade.
Great location for downtown-to-midtown visit. Large room with all necessary amenities. Recently updated. Reasonable price. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Hotel staff members were courteous and efficient. Will return.

There is absolutely no chance this is a 4-star hotel. It’s closer to a 2.5, at best.
Rooms are old, furniture is worn and run-down, and the entire place feels tired. The hallways smell, which doesn’t help the already rundown vibe.
Worst part: the hotel automatically turns off the heat when you leave. I’d come back around 9pm to a room that was about 50°F, and it took hours to warm up enough to sleep. Completely unacceptable.
No water bottles in your room either — you have to fill your own. Another small but telling detail.
This place doesn’t justify its rating or price. I wouldn’t stay here again.
The staff was very friendly, the location was very close to big tourist attractions and the view from my room was beautiful.
No free breakfast in the morning was an upset.

We konden kosteloos eerder inchecken.
Leuk personeel, goede bedden.
Wij waren er in een erg koude periode (in de nacht tot -15).
We hadden de kamer met extra ruimte met sofabed. Die ruimte was niet warm te krijgen.
Verwarming maakt erg veel herrie. Daar moet je tegen kunnen.
I love the location, the cleanness, the staff was very friendly and the coffee latte machine available for guests at the reception floor, it was perfect for those cold days!
Just the mattress was too soft, my hubby had back pain...
