Spotty cable TV service. Couldn’t get a good signal, so I had to turn it off.
Great stay in a very well-located hotel in the financial district, with excellent transport connections. The view from the balcony was lovely and really added to the experience.
Nice touches like slippers, toothbrushes, and mouthwash were provided, which made the stay even more comfortable. There was also a convenient water fountain available, along with milk, tea, and coffee at any time.
A deposit was required at the beginning, but it was refunded very quickly, which was reassuring.
Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay!

The scenery
No parking had to park in parking garage and spend over $50 a day
Everyone was very nice and accommodating, the bed was super comfortable! I always check everything when I walk in hotels and everything was clean and we also had extra towels and washcloths upon arrival. The view was impressive and we loved the balcony even though it was cold outside lol. We stayed in room 1211 and *muah* chefs kiss !
Nothing, everything was exceptional!
The room was smelly, dark and had old, out of date furniture and fittings. The AC was very noisy and did not work well.

The window-door's weatherstripping was deteriorated and let traffic sound and cold air into the room.

The location was very good. The bed were comfortable, better than expected.
The person who checked us in, Spencer, was extremely rude. My daughters even noticed him talking badly about me to other guests, which was really uncomfortable. I asked for the manager’s email and sent a message explaining my concerns, copying guest services as well, but never received a response.
The location . Close to subway stations. Friendly staff. Laundry facilities.
Free coffee espresso all kinds. We had an issues but they tried so hard to fix it .

Noise from heating ventilation.We put the temperature up because it was freezing when we arrived.
The noises were so loud. I wonder if the summer ? TV remote controller was dead 2 days before check out . Receptionist said we will recharge then bring up but he never brought us back TV remote controller. We ended up waiting for at least 1 and half hours that was frustrated.
