We just love it! Mid town can be crazy busy, more expensive. Club Quarters is perfect. Our 3rd stay is in September to s

My sister and I love staying in this downtown area for weekend get aways. It’s in a perfect area, close to the subways…and it’s a quiet area.

Cons:

We love it! This last trip we had an awesome view of the Freedom Tower. I wish we could get great views every visit!

Pros:

Excellent location next to WTC and Oculus. Free water and coffee bar on the first floor, so Nice.

Cons:

The shower water was weak. Need a stronger one to take a good shower.

Pros:

Spacious rooms, free use of laundry, coffee and tea available at the lobby 24/7, fresh filtered water available at no cost, excellent location, and the building also has a very nice restaurant and rooftop on the 20th floor - will absolutely stay again.

Very disappointing.
Cons:

When we arrived the King room we had reserved and paid for was not available. We were told all rooms were booked and that it was not unusual to have to wait from 1 hour or until midnight for a room to be available. After 1 hour, were were offered a queen room but not told it was a handicap room. This room was inferior to the one we reserved and the bathroom was ridiculously uncomfortable, but we were so exhausted from our trip that we kept it. Club Quarters, our favorite New York Hotel has certainly lost us as customers.

Kahvaltı yoktu o nedenle yorum yapamıyorum. Otelin konumu mükemmel ve metroya çok yakın. Oda temizliği ve genel temizlik gayet başarılıydı. Tavsiye ediyorum.

1 Odamızda buzdolabı vardı ancak çalışmıyordu. Diğer odamızda buzdolabı yoktu.
Odaların ses yalıtımları yeterli değildi.

Great convenient location
Pros:

Great location, very close to subway lines, very friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Only coffee machine in the room, a kettle would have been nice, there was free tea/coffee/water in the lobby
