Not the best experience
Cons:

No soap in the shower or by the sink. In fact all of the dispensers seemed empty whether shampoo or conditioner as well. The staff seemed uninterested. The email interaction I realized was clearly not on site. In fact I think not even a human responding. No elevator. The outside steps are scary.

Bad experience with Ricky at front desk
Pros:

Ricky (Indian guy about 38 years old) at front desk was extremely rude to me. I had him refund me and I will not ever recommend this place due to Ricky’s behavior

Convenient location, clean and very pleasant staff.
Pros:

Easy access for us with our small dog. Rooms were well insulated so didn’t hear noise from neighbors.

Cons:

Breakfast area was too small and food was minimal. Very crowded.

I would stay here again.

Staff at check-in could be more courteous (meaning you, Rick). Poor breakfast and dining room to eat. (Too many people in a small space, and watery eggs.) The room table was too small.

Good place.
Pros:

It is located close to the highway. The room was spacious clean and had the amenities specified. Wifi was good. Place was comfortable.

Cons:

There are no elevators to go to the 1st floor. We didn’t have any issues with that. But the elderly or those with big luggages could have some issues climbing up.

Nice for a short stay
Pros:

It was extremely clean. The staff at the front desk were a little cold but not unfriendly. I liked how the rooms were located outside rather than inside. Breakfast was decent.
