Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Chef Noi, Chef de Cuisine of La Tavola, who represented the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong at MLive this past weekend. The perfectly cooked porchetta - crispy skin and soft, well-seasoned meat, with perfect homemade pickles was absolutely delicious and rivals my favorite porchetta from Roli Roti at the Farmers Market in San Francisco! Many chefs make porchetta in Bangkok, but not too many get it right the way Chef Noi does - thank you so much for showcasing the delicious side of the Renaissance Bangkok!

This is a sturdy old property in the middle of Bangkok, very useful for those who have work in that vicinity, as traffic can be horrendous. As a lifetime Titanium Elite Member, i kept on contacting the hotel a few days on a regular basis to check if my room could be upgraded beairgn in mind my elite status.. They kept on avoiding it, and even at check in i was told they do not have any suitable availability. This was an utter lie as the website showed many different types of suites - right from a junior suite to the regular suites- several of them. It was clearly evident that the staff were trained on this subject, which is really disheartening. It would be better if they clearly refuse it from the start rather than giving false talks. This marred what could have been a great stay.

Honestly, the service here is on another level. The entire staff was so helpful from day one, but the team at the front desk really made the difference for us. No matter what we needed or what problem came up, they handled everything immediately and always with a genuine smile.
I want to give a special shout-out to Mr. Mek and Mr. Chris at the lobby they were both fantastic and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
I also have to mention the phone service; every time we called, the staff on the other end were so incredibly nice and eager to help with anything we needed. On top of that, the housekeeping team did a wonderful job the room was always spotless. Every single person working here was great. We had a brilliant stay and we'll definitely be coming back!
We stayed here and fell in love with it. The interior design is very unique and is a perfect blend of Thai culture meets international values. I had excellent experiences with Anda who was the Front desk agent.

We received an upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Excellent breakfast with lots of options, professional and friendly staff, well equipped gym and fitness centre with steam and sauna room.
Located on the hotel’s M floor, this restaurant offers truly authentic and flavorful Thai cuisine. A standout is the Asian-style stir-fried vegetables, which are impressively fresh, crisp, and well-preserved in color. The curry Eggs Benedict is also exceptional and highly recommended.
The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around and explore the city. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which immediately set a positive tone for the stay.
While the hotel may appear a bit dated in terms of its age, it looks well maintained, and everything felt clean and properly cared for. Connectivity to major tourist attractions is also a big plus, making it an ideal base for both leisure and sightseeing.
Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with a great location and genuine welcome
