The hotel’s location is one of its strongest assets. Situated in the vibrant Ratchaprasong district, it offers immediate access to some of Bangkok’s best shopping and lifestyle destinations, including luxury malls, local markets, and cultural attractions. With the BTS Skytrain just a short walk away, getting around the city is incredibly convenient, whether you're heading to Sukhumvit, Silom, or exploring riverside landmarks. memorable experience for visiting Renaissance Bangkok
Pros:

First time visiting Renaissance Bangkok, through booking Executive Suite from Marriott Bonvoy, room is on 22/F, with amazing view, for the trip have such amazing experience from check-in until check-out, everything is excellent, smooth, and memorable moment!
surely missing the hotel already, revisit in this coming July and see you soon!

Very helpful staff, starting from Mr Mel the Navigator to Mrs Kimchi at breakfast and all others who assisted. Highly appreciated all the help.

A great hotel with great service in a great location. This hotel offers a Club floor with exceptional atmosphere and service. I would not consider staying anywhere else when traveling to Bangkok on either business or pleasure. The staff from the managers to the doorman go out of they're way to make your stay an exceptional experience.

Looks mislead…
Pros:

Spent two nights at the hotel away from our normal bigger brand one in the vicinity. And what a welcome surprise. Right from the front desk, we felt very welcome. A smiling lady called Nan went out of her way to remind us what Great hospitality of days gone by was. Took us to a verbal tour of the hotel offerings and recommended where we shud eat in the hotel. The next day she gave us a late check out too without any fuss. Amazing! The manager was asking each guest how they found the stay. Small but classy touch.
The rooms were clean well appointed and large and well appointed(19th floor). The housekeeping was equally welcoming.
The b’fast was a large spread with the highlight of freshly squeezed juice. A large restaurant with a slightly impersonal feel. The breads could be better.
What perhaps works against this hotel, despite its central location, is the tacky and colourful lobby look. Leaves a totally different impression.
If you want to be pampered by the staff stay here.
