Pros:

Hôtel grand luxe, idéalement placé, près du centre, et la station de métro est juste en face. La salle de fitness est très bien équipée, avec une vue incroyable. Personnel au top. Ma femme et moi nous avons apprécié !

One of the best hotel
Pros:

Walking distance to Chidlom BTS. Room was spacious and clean. My room was near the lift lobby and it was not noisy at all. Breakfast has good variety of food.. Specially the egg station, they have different kinds of eggs to choose from.
Everyone at the lobby was friendly, helpful and they speak good proficiency of English.

Definitely recommend

Cons:

Pillow wasn’t my liking.. they were too soft for me. I had already requested for 4 pillows.. On my check out day, i could not find the number to reception. Perhaps i cannot find, but i literally looking high and low for it and in the end, i had to go out the room and use the phone to housekeeper to convey the message.

Nice hotel, good location & very caring staff
Pros:

Nice hotel, very well located (only 15 min walk away from siam paragon) and such caring staff.
The rooms were spacious and AC worked perfectly fine.

We tried both restaurants “Flavors” Buffet & “Fei Ya”, very tasty and with a good variety of dishes.

The staff were very caring, always checking on us if we needed anything with a good eye to detail.
Special thanks to Nattachai (Boo) Rattanasiriwech, he made our stay feel definitely more personalized and we felt very well taken care off.

Definitely FIVE stars hotel
Pros:

We've stayed only two nights. If I new from the beginning - it would have been much more.
Clean, delicious food, great staff of employees (!) and absolutely wonderful!
I wish we'd been there some more time.
Worth every penny!!
I'd wish to thank Mek, Anda, Suthisa (aka Gift), Kanyanat (aka Ae), Boo, special thanks to chef Eiam (Kittichef) for his patience of our requests as well as hais professionalilty and love to his profession, and of course all the front desk and the rest of the staff in which their names I simply don't know.

Exceed Expectations
Pros:

Great enhancement in the executive club lounge in terms of food offerings. Both quality and variety have exceeded expectations as compared to the previous year. Service has always been exceptional. Thanks to Khun Moss and her team, always going the extra mile for the guest. Chef Eiam did a great upgrade to the morning and evening menu.

Great Hotel in Central Bangkok
Pros:

Renaissance Ratchaprasong is my favorite Bangkok-central hotel. I have stayed there numerous times, my most recent trip earlier this month. We had great service provided by May K, she provided my family and I with a very professional check-in and check-out experience.
