Odalar ortak alanlar spa havuz hepsi çok kirliydi. Ciddi bir temizlik problemi var
The hotel needs upgrading and the breakfast and dinner are getting worse and worse.
De ligging.
Kamers niet echt schoon ,badkamer oud niets scharniert goed en alles lijkt niet schoon alles is verkalkt ,. ramen sluiten niet.kamers stinken naar rook terwijl wij niet roken hebben geboekt.
Heel gehorig,lampen stuk die niet branden.
Het personeel kent echt geen woord Engels en snappen niet alles.
I liked nothing !!! The room was too hot as air conditioning throughout all bed rooms in 3rd floor not working .. three women slept in reception on Friday evening as rooms unbearable
The bathroom looks modern but smells very bad dirty drains and taps … curtains did not close and were hanging from rail. Reception women very rude and refused to give me an invoice as I booked through Booking.com but I PAID direct to hotel reception on arrival .. rude and ignorant. Work desk broken loose and wobbling
Το προσωπικό ήταν ευχάριστο και πάντα διαθέσιμο.Παρολ αυτά δεν γνώριζαν καθόλου αγγλικά,για να συνεννοηθούν με τους τουρίστες.
Η καθαριότητα στα δωμάτια,τις πισίνες και τα χαμάμ δεν ήταν αρκετή.Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν παραμελημένο.

De airco deed het niet, en bij navraag was het denk ik in het hele hotel zo. De airco kon het niet aan.

Standart oda Reservation yapmıştım, bi önceki eskişehir’deki otelimizde sıkıntılı geçtiğini giriş yaparken söylemiştim, ve bana Superior oda verdiler. Rahat ve konforluydu. Anlayışlı, saygılı ve güler yüzlü personel ekibine burdan teşekkür ediyorum. Kahvaltıda çok seçenek vardı, her şey taze ve lezzetliydi, ikram ettikler kurabiye çay saatinde, soğuk meze tarzı ve seçenekler çoktu, yani sadece çay kahve değildi. Yardıma ihtiyacım olduğunda anında ilgileniyorlardı. Konum olarak çok güzeldi, Afium AVM/ özdilek çok yakınındaydı. Ben çok memnun kaldım ve yine gelmek isterim
