I had an overall great experience.
Pros:

The manager on site was absolutely stupendous and so understanding of being double charged. She deserves a gold star for service, friendliness, and making it so painless.

Cons:

I was double charged for my room and no one told me how to contact the manager.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices

Cons:

Door keys didn't work. Had to replace. Other guests were there doing the same thing when we went down. Was difficult, because we were upstairs, had all our stuff, had to leave it... etc.

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were courteous and friendly. The location is very convenient as it is located near many stores and restaurants.

Cons:

The room was advertised as 2 queen size beds. The beds were full size. That made the sleeping arrangements uncomfortable. The A/C was the biggest issue. The unit would turn off every 5-10 minutes and wouldn't turn back on without having to adjust the settings. We called the front desk and they came to take a look but didn't really do anything outside of what we had already tried, so the issue was never resolved. Lastly the toilet wasn't flushing properly the water would just spin and not go anywhere. We had to call the front desk to ask for a plunger. After using the plunger it seemed to be fixed, but started acting up again later. This was enough of a negative experience that we will not be staying at Comfort Inn any longer.

It was a good value located in a good place
Pros:

Location, the area appeared to be safe, good value

Cons:

Entry door handle into the room was not working properly and did not allow the door to be closed when they leave in the room unless you banged it shut
