Pros:

Cozy hotel in a great location, staff was welcoming, friendly and professional and room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed.

Pros:

L'emplacement près du palais des congrès, l arc de triomphe à 10 mn à pieds , le personnel très sympa , un très bon petit déjeuner et une literie confortable

Cons:

Des petits détails à corriger comme la poubelle dr la salle de bain qui ne s ouvrait pas avec le pied et la porte de douche qui fermait mal

Top pour le Palais des Congrès, mais évitez le dîner en chambre
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé, à deux pas du Palais des Congrès. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par une jeune réceptionniste, particulièrement sympathique et souriante.

​La chambre pour trois personnes est fonctionnelle et plutôt spacieuse. Un excellent point pour la salle de bain qui dispose à la fois d'une douche et d'une baignoire, ce qui est très pratique pour gagner du temps le matin. Le personnel du petit-déjeuner est également très serviable, même si le buffet en lui-même reste correct sans être extraordinaire.

Cons:

​Cependant, nous avons été très déçus par le room service. Payer 29,50 € pour des pâtes à la truffe de qualité moyenne est déjà excessif, mais les plats ont été livrés sans aucune cloche ni protection, ce qui est limite pour l'hygiène et la température. De plus, la configuration de la chambre n'est pas adaptée pour manger à trois : sans table adéquate, nous avons dû manger sur le secrétaire et sur le lit.

Hôtel bien situé pour le but de mon séjour mais un peu décevant
Pros:

Salle de bain bien chauffée, assez grande, serviettes de bain moelleuses, bonne literie, petit déjeuner correct,hôtel bien situé pour mes rendez-vous.

Cons:

Moquette au sol et tête de lit en cuir (ou simili cuir) usées, carte pour ouvrir porte de la chambre se démagnétisant à tout instant, chambre encombrée par meuble pas indispensable ( méridienne).

Pros:

The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The entire hotel was beautiful. The breakfast had many options and was very tasty.

The service from Milos, Marios, and Alexios was outstanding. They value guest satisfaction greatly and are very polite and pleasant employees. Congratulations to the hotel for having such a high-level service team

there is nothing i did not like . Everything was perfect and the best service i had in ages.

A deux pas du Palais des Congrès
Pros:

Le personnel était très réactif, professionnel, aux petits soins. Chambre petite sous mézzanine mais confortable avec tout le nécessaire. Très calme malgré qu'elle était à côté d'un ascenceur. Produits très agréables, peignoir.

Cons:

Pas de hammam. Et même si un bar dans la chambre pas de bar près de la réception.
