Pros:

The lobby smells so good! The staff as a whole was AWESOME! The location was easy to find. The best coffee!! Breakfast was so good! Our room was very clean. All of our needs were met with a warm smile. The beds were super comfortable. I have nothing bad to say.

I will never stay at this hotel again.

All the negative out weighs the positive if any…..

Cons:

We were located on the first floor which children were running around up and down the halls,someone even had a pool party there. Not sure if the party preceded upstairs, however all my family heard was running and playing all night from the second floor. This vacation stay was a total disaster for my family and I since I was just trying to relax after the passing of my mother.

Great place to stay and get a comfy nights sleep and a good breakfast!
Pros:

Everything about this property was wonderful. Easy access, plenty of parking, rooms and all areas of hotel were clean and bed was very comfortable, breakfast was food and staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice hotel and great value, too!

Breath of fresh air

I never catch his name, & he always has his name tag on. I normally check in later in the eve or at night & he is always so friendly he kind. He is the epitome of Good Customer Service Around The Clock. He complimented my signature & me being left-handed, "you sign like a genius." That made me smile. He is always so pleasant, polite, kind, prompt, well groomed, & eager to go above & beyond to make sure your stay exceeds expectations. Thank you.

The cleanliness of this hotel is unmatched! That is so important. You can truly tell everyone cares about what they do.
