Nice location - extremely helpful staff
Pros:

Staff was so incredibly helpful during a personal emergency. Parking was great - not something you can always say when you visit the DC area.

I enjoyed the facilities but would not stay again because of the parking lot.
Pros:

I liked the hot breakfast!

Cons:

The front of hotel was in the back. I also didn’t like the parking lot because there were not enough spots near the front of hotel. We had to park around the back.

It was ok but I’d probably not return I used it as a stop from driving up north to NYC

Very nice service in the restaurant...

Cons:

There was no afternoon room service. We had to make our own beds for the children, even though we had booked in advance and the staff knew the number of guests. Fortunately, the manager showed a professional approach and managed to calm the situation.

I was very pleased with the hotel and enjoyed my vacation to Alexandria.
Pros:

Victoria was absolutely so friendly when she checked us into the hotel. Furthermore, when asked, she provided a list of recommendations for restaurants within the area of the hotel. The breakfast staff was the friendliest staff that I have ever encountered at a hotel; the lady came out every morning to say good morning and to ask how everything was going. I got the impression she really enjoyed her job which was so refreshing to see. I really appreciate the fact that this hotel offered free parking which was one factor in choosing this hotel over others in the area.
