Breakfast was not included with are stay but when I booked the room it stated Breakfast included

Location was great

The renovations are great! Love the new look! Rooms clean, well appointed and we loved our connecting rooms. The restaurant is great as always Brenda our server takes great care of us as always the food was well presented and excellent quality and taste chef S great job!

Although they’re in the middle of renovating the hotel, we had a lovely stay. Our room on the third floor was brand new with a very comfy bed. Our window faced the highway but we couldn’t hear a thing. We had a great sleep! Parking was free and easy. FYI the gym is closed at this time.

I wish we had known prior to checking in that there was not going to be any water for about 10 hours

The property has refreshed and rooms are even better!! The staff are attentive, hotel is very clean, Haritha in the dining room took excellent care of us ensuring we had everything and that our meals were on target she is professional and kind great job Haritha!! My family joined us for a visit and enjoyed the pool and restaurant together. This hotel has been a family favourite for years and will continue to be so. Thank you

The hotel is under construction and we did not know. We had booked 3 rooms for a wedding we were attending and we had called the day prior to see if we could check my mother in early to get ready and were advised that wouldn’t be a problem.
My mom arrived and was then turned away as told to come back in 2 hours to check back in. She had called me and I called back to talk to them and was given a hard time about checking her in early but they did get her in about 30 minutes later.

Now to the hotel, there was no water when we checked in and was not on till after 5pm I was told.
When we got back after the wedding we had wanted to shower but there was no hot water and when k called down to the front deck all they could say was sorry.

In the morning we had tried to have another shower and the water was only like warm so we had to just shave with that and be on our way.

When I spoke to the desk when we checked out all they said was we’re sorry for this but hope we would reconsider staying with them again and I said I highly doubt it.

Good : restaurant on site, is decent. However if you have any allergies, they are not able to accommodate you.

Pool; the pool is small and extremely cold. Not enjoyable

Gym; the gym was closed and out of service during our visit

Elevator ; one elevator was out of service and broken and they were doing renovations so the only remaining elevator was shared with the constructions worker - so it took for ever.

Ice machine ; every ice machine was broken and out of order.

Parking; lots of free parking

Rooms; were clean and decent.

Hotel appears to look decent on the outside. Inside there are broken elevators. Broken ice machines. The room had a terrible musty smell. The pillows were so flat i had to roll it like a tootsie roll to get any kind of support. The towels are so old and worn that when i washed my face the facecloth became transparent. Rough towels too. The TV barely worked. No cable. Only 2 channels would "play" something only for the tv to shut off 5 minutes in?
