I want everyone was extremely courteous.

Cons:

The bedsheets smelled like they had not been washed. they had an odor They smelled like the odoryou would get when you have not washed your hair for several days or are wearing a baseball cap continuously. But I did love the staff and the cleanliness in other parts of hotel.

Welcoming staff and comfortable rooms. Appreciate the effort they put into special holiday offerings
Pros:

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel while celebrating the holidays with relatives nearby. Nice touch that the hotel leaves out wrapping paper and scotch tape! Comfortable beds and rooms. Take out breakfast bags when you are checking out in a hurry. Thoughtful place.

Close to the mall

Cons:

No one told us what time the breakfast was, we got there right at 10 when it was closing. The walls were paper thin and even though I had requested an adjoining room a week or more before, the gave me a room with an adjoining room that was already booked. Those people were screaming all night, having very loud sex with multiple partners - it was trashy. My request was not met at all and it was a very uncomfortable feeling

I have stayed at the Farmington Hampton Inn six times in the past year and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This is my preferred place to say when visiting my daughter at college.

Hotel muy conveniente para visitar Connecticut
Pros:

La ubicación y la tranquilidad de la habitación.

Cons:

El agua de la ducha no salia realmente caliente, salia más bien templada. Lo comentamos en recepción el primer dia y nos dijeron que hacia una semana habia habido un cambio en el circuito de agua y que lo pasarian a mantenimiento. No notamos gran diferencia.
