Good for the price
Pros:

The place is clean, the room is big and the staff is really nice. I like that they offer a gym, a pool and a great breakfast. The location is also great.

Cons:

The AC in the room really bothered me. This is the second time I stay there, in a different room, and had the same issue. It goes from cold to heat on and off all night.

My stay was great. Will be back again
Pros:

Property was clean inside and out. Linen was fresh. Common areas were inviting. Very peaceful

Cons:

Most of the staff didn’t speak English. The pool had hair in it both times we were in the pool that kept getting water n my son. The breakfast was great but I wish the meat was cooked well done.

Good breakfast.
Cons:

The only concern that I had was the heating unit which was under the window. It would not respond to my attempts to regulate the heat, and when it did come on it was quite noisy - to the point that I had difficulty falling asleep.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Shuttle service to UCONN medical center where my husband was after a major surgery. It was just one less thing to worry about with finding a parking spot at UCONN which was extremely difficult

Cons:

Bar soap for handwashing. Would recommend liquid hand soap. Its much better and healthier hygiene wise

Friendly clean place with great breakfast & attentive staff
Pros:

Staff is super friendly, this is a great place for people on a budget with kids. The pool and other amenities are like vacation itself and the breakfast options were top tier

Cons:

When I checked in I mentioned I had to leave at 4am and would miss breakfast, the very nice women checking me is said there could be a “to go” breakfast bag awaiting me if I wanted do I told her yes. It wasn’t there. No biggie but still.

The room was clean but some of the strangest and ugliest decor I’ve ever seen. It was truly bizarre. The pillows were not comfortable and for whatever reason the second night someone was banging on a wall, it was weird deliberate banging, over and over. First at 12:30am, then at 1:30 ish, then at 3. I finally got back to sleep and my alarm clock went off at 6, the last guest must have set it, so up I was again.

The charging station next to my bed didn’t work. I’d stuck my phone on it overnight and when I awoke it hasn’t charged. That caused me some issues since my phone was dead. But none of it was disastrous. The place was clean and the staff super friendly.

Comfortable nights sleep in a sparkling clean property with delicious breakfast and wonderful coffee.
Pros:

Very clean and fresh with a friendly staff. The room was whistling clean, and the breakfast was quite good. Couldn’t have been happier!

Room was spacious and clean and beautiful front desk staff was very polite and engaging

Cons:

Small miscommunication with my checking out and checking right back in but was handled. Some housekeeping staff was super loud on their personal phones in hallways but again resolved itself
