Great place to stay!
Pros:

Everything was great! The hotel is lovely and Lee at the reception was the best. 5/5 experience for sure.

Stellar Service for Lee and Jadyin
Pros:

Lee Brown and Jadyin Calin provided the best service yet. I've never stayed at this hotel before and these two were the best to ever do it. They gave the best service ever. Please give them a promotion.

A Must stay when in Farmington
Pros:

What a wonderful stay! Friendly front staff was so helpful and accommodating. Lee was the best and I truly appreciate his Above And beyond effort.

The rooms were clean, all of the staff went out of the way to be friendly.

Clean, modern rooms and a great gym set up.

Lots of space in the lobby to spend time and personal and professional level.

Would stay again when in this area!

Decent for one night trip
Pros:

Stayed here for a business trip in West Hartford and was happy with my stay.

Rooms were huge and clean and quiet. I did digital check-in so can't comment on the front desk staff

Breakfast spread was pretty decent with fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries- which you dont always get at Hampton. Coffee
was weak as you expect at these chains :)

It was also convenient to a 5 minute drive to Five Corners Bistro where I got a decent dinner.

If in the area I would stay here again

Great staff and excellent hotel experience!
Pros:

We have had an amazing experience! Excellent front desk help. Lee was so kind and helpful! Very clean rooms, great breakfasts and the gym and pool were so nice!

My new favorite Hotel in the Hartford Area
Pros:

I wanted to share what a good stay I had at this hotel. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The fitness center was excellent and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The service from every team member was cheerful, and kind. I always like to note that the HVAC in the room worked well and made the sleeping conditions comfortable. I do wsh that there was a function to have the fan run continuously, but unfortunately my room did not have that capability. I sleep much better when there is some white noise in the room. However, I did sleep great and was well rested. I also want to note that the grounds were very nice and every outside view was beautiful. I will stay here again.

Good for the price
Pros:

The place is clean, the room is big and the staff is really nice. I like that they offer a gym, a pool and a great breakfast. The location is also great.

Cons:

The AC in the room really bothered me. This is the second time I stay there, in a different room, and had the same issue. It goes from cold to heat on and off all night.
