Great Experience – Highly Recommended!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel was quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated how convenient the location was and how smooth the entire stay was. Great customer Service-Concerned Parent

I rarely submit a review. However, in this case I must praise the staff at the Best Western Premier, 1810 Bell Street, Houston, TX. My daughter traveled alone to Houston last weekend to attend DreamCon. On Sunday, July 12th, I was unable to reach her an hour before her flight home. Her phone location revealed she was still in the hotel and not at the airport. I called the hotel front desk around 6:00pm. I let the front desk representative know that I was trying to reach my daughter with no response. She called my daughter’s room. No answer. She sent someone to knock on the door of her room. No answer. The Rep advised me that there was nothing else she could do. She tried. We hung up. At this point, I was really concerned about my daughter missing her flight. Ten minutes later, I was able to reach my daughter by phone. The Representative sent another person to her room and this person was able to get my daughter to answer the door. She was in her room asleep (she sleeps like the dead). Thank god. She was able to check out and make her flight. She arrived home to NJ, safe and sound.

I appreciate the efforts the staff took to help me with this situation. I am thankful they took the time to honor my request and assist my daughter in returning home.

The front desk representative was professional and very respectful. She promptly addressed my issue and tried to put my mind at ease. I would like to thank her for a job “WELL DONE”.

Amazing & beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The location was great. It was a beautiful hotel. Rooms were great. The price was good for the stay. Very clean. Staff very friendly. The only thing was if you have to do laundry they only have 2 of each &

Best hotel in Denton
Pros:

This hotel has become my favorite in Denton. The staff is friendly and courteous and responsive to questions and concerns. The hotel common areas are clean and well maintained. My room was clean and spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The breakfast buffet has a variety of hot and cold foods and is always well stocked. It is located right off the interstate and near several restaurants.

Great stay at a good price.
Pros:

This is a great property. Possibly one of the best experiences I have ever had in a motel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious as well as comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Absolute nightmare

This place is absolutely horrific it's Shady and members of management and the staff are liars and Crooks. My father had passed away and Houston and we were on our way it was about an 18-hour trip we stopped in Denton Texas because we couldn't drive any further we reserved our room and we're told the specific price it was very very late 4:00ish in the morning we were told the price by the night staff they handed us a paper and we signed it and it showed the room rates were hundred and something dollars a night $300 and something dollars for for both rooms we had booked and then they double charged our card and then told us because there was an event happening in Denton that they had quadrupled their prices and that that was the rate when we disputed it and it absolutely was not so Not only was it one of the most horrific times in our lives Best Western and lying cheating tactics screwed us over in one of the worst moments of Our Lives. They are absolutely garbage and I would hate to see anyone ever stay there
