I didn’t like the fact that a customer service representative allow and gave another guest ( male ) access key to my room while me and my 2 daughters were unclothed a trying to get dressed !

Such a pleasant place to stay
Pros:

From the first step in to the last step out, this hotel is such a pleasant place to stay. We found that this hotel is at mid-point in our travels and have found it to be very welcoming and comfortable. Each time we’ve arrived we’ve been met with a kind and professional staff. The rooms are pet friendly and have always been clean, well furnished with ample supplies. There is a small bar, gym, pool & business center. There’s several restaurants within walking distance and easy to get on and off hwy 35.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. My room was very nice and clean. Entire property was very well maintained. Had plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast buffet was way above average for hotels in this price point. The only downside was the road noise. That could be expected seeing that a road was just outside my window.
I just turned on my white noise app on my phone and that handled most of it. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Pros:

Clean room. Courteous staff. Pleasant stay. The room was more than I anticipated. The ceiling fans were awesome. Plenty of room. The location of switches and the amount of lighting made getting around the room easy. Everything you could ask for on an overnight trip.
