It’s a decent property with all the required amenities one could expect. The rooms were clean and spacious. The in-room coffee machine was an add-on. The checkin experience was time consuming but totally worth the wait as Ms. Mandira went all the way to provide us with an upgrade and that one special effort really made our stay a memorable one. All the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming. Mr. John at the bell desk really helped us with the baggage’s from our rooms up to the parking lot. Chef Vaibhav at the eggs counter was supremely skilled and on time with our orders. In all we had an amazing experience and wonderful stay at the property. Thank you for the excellent experience.

There’s really nothing special here, and even finding the parking lot is a challenge. It’s far from a relaxing place and doesn’t offer the comfortable experience you’d expect.
The staff and the location. It’s surrounded with offices.

The hotel was not worth staying at for a staycation. The television was not working, the pool was very small and overcrowded, and the hotel staff were not helpful. Whenever we requested something, they would say “okay” but never bring it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel.
Location was pretty good, as we explore other malls and near by public attraction too. The breakfast was fabulous with so many choices.
Parking facilities can be improved as I spend 20 min to look for parking.
After 8 pm there should be some entertainment like family activities(open theater near pool from 8pm to 10pm), kids fun area etc it may be add the value.
