كل شي كان روعة
أقمنا في Aloft Abu Dhabi وكانت تجربة أكثر من رائعة. الفندق مميز ونظيف وأجواؤه عصرية ومريحة، لكن أكثر ما لفتني هو احترافية الموظفين وتعاونهم الكبير.

كان الحجز لشخصين (أنا وابنتي)، واضطررت أن أحضر الخادمة الفلبينية معي. بمجرد أن لاحظوا ذلك تواصلوا معي بلطف، أخذوا هويتها لدقائق ثم أعادوها، وفوجئنا بأنهم جهزوا لها مناشف خاصة وفرشاة أسنان وجميع مستلزمات النزيل، إضافة إلى مخدات وبطانيات. هذا التصرف الإنساني والاهتمام بالتفاصيل فعلاً يُقدَّر.

كما طلبنا تسجيل خروج متأخر وتمت الموافقة فوراً وبدون أي إزعاج.

باختصار: فندق راقٍ يحترم ضيوفه ويعرف معنى الضيافة الحقيقية. بالتأكيد سأكرر الزيارة وأنصح به الجميع. �
