We had an exceptional experience at this hotel. We traveled from the Uk to hyderbad for a few days. We were welcomed by Priyanka who was at reception. She immediately got us checked in and got us a cup of coffee. Having flown overnight really needed it.

We were the greeted by the marketing team who welcomed us to hotel and gave us scarfs as token of our visit. Throughout the stay Priyanka kept checking on us. Keep it going Priyanka..

Breakfast was fantastic and loved the Vedas. The staff in the restaurant also were very attentive like Jennifer who knew what you wanted as they saw what you ate the day before.

As a Mariott member I stay in hotels constantly and I must admit this hotels standards are exceptional.

Amazing hotel with fantastic experience. The culinary experience at the hotel was highlight. The food was delicious, fresh and well presented. Kudos to chef sanjeev, whose attention to flavour and details really reflects in every dish. A big thanks to chef ajay from lounge who is incredibly attentive making sure every mealy was enjoyable. Highly recommendable to friends and families.

We had a great conference (HiPC) event at Westin Mind Tree. The staff was very helpful and always available to take care of our requests--particularly Ritika and Sanidhya. Great location, clean rooms, excellent restaurants and courteous staff.

Amazing staff and top notch service. Specially don't miss the food here. Special credits goes to chef Sanjeev and bhumi they are amazing and very talented with their magical hands. Sanjeev prepared delicious food and served us and it was unforgettable experience in my life. Thanks sanjeev for serving such delicious food.

This was a pretty appallingly bad stay - a little shocked because I’ve usually had pretty decent experiences at Westin branded hotels. At check in their systems were down - okay, no worries, things happen - the receptionist ask me to “go wait over there”. Didn’t accompany me, didn’t tell me whether they would come find me or if I had to check with them after a certain time. Meanwhile, there was a white person checking in next to me who was escorted and seated and asked if he wants a beverage.

As a bonvoy gold elite member I was offered an upgrade to a balcony room, but it was a smoking room when I had requested a non-smoking room. The manager assured me that the smell wouldn’t be too bad. When I got to the room though the smell of stale smoke was too strong for me so I asked if I could change rooms. I was given a balcony room on the lowest floor (if a non-smoking balcony room was available, why wasn’t that offered in the first place?)

The room overlooked a building under construction (see picture attached) and a balcony restaurant called Kasbah on the other side. On both nights, DJ club music was BLARING right outside my window till 2 am. On a Wednesday and a Thursday night. I had to call and complain on both nights. Why would Westin open a rooftop restaurant right next to its rooms? Why would they not warn me? They told me they are “working on sound proofing”. Okay, but my sleep is ruined while I’m paying full price and you work on sound proofing.

On a positive note, the breakfast is varied and great and the spa experience was phenomenal. When I complained, the managers did try to offer me compensation but for a weary jet lagged traveler, $ doesn’t cover lost sleep and a less than ideal stay.

We spent several nights chilling out @mix lounge. Ms Mercy is always attentive, knowledgeable of the various whisky and importantly; served us with melting smile and politeness.

Good spread and taste at seasonal taste restaurant for weekday buffet. Teja was attentive and took care of our requests.

Daily was so sweet and always checking on our service. We felt very comfortable and happy to be here and it was our first time being here. It was also very clean and friendly atmosphere. Would come again in the future.

This is to convey a big hats off to the chef Abhay for making every stay of ours at Westin, Hyderabad mindspapce a memorable and extremely delicious one. Abhay presents us with amazing food in the mornings at breakfast- wonderful egg dishes and juices. At the lounge in the evenings, he and his team always succeeds to make our meal extra special with our favorite foods.

At our last trip, we had my dad's birthday that week. Chef Abhay and team cooked such a lovely dinner- chicken Tikka, egg noodles, steaming hot biriani and even baked us a delicious chocolate cake. Kudos to them for making us feel really special. #AbhayAndTeam

Lakshmi was a wonderful host and bartender and made me a superb old fashioned!. The bar is modern and the selection of drinks is vast
