If you are looking for a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle of Hyderabad, The Westin Mindspace is an absolute gem. From start to finish, the level of service was the standout feature—the staff is truly there to help at any point, making every aspect of the stay effortless.

The Room & Rest: The rooms are perfectly designed for travelers. Between the incredible 'Heavenly' beds and the effective blackout curtains, the quiet ambience made for a restful stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having ample water bottles refilled every time the room was serviced.

Dining & Executive Lounge: The breakfast buffet was top-notch. I especially loved how the staff was so willing to help me navigate the menu, teaching me the best ways to enjoy the local Indian cuisine and encouraging me to try new things. If you have access, the Executive Lounge is a must—the views are beautiful and the service there is world-class.

Transport & Logistics: Getting to and from the office was incredibly easy thanks to the concierge. They could plan ahead or have a driver ready in 10 minutes or less. The rides themselves were designed for comfort, with the AC adjusted to my liking and cold water waiting. Even with arrivals at odd hours of the day or night, the airport transfers were handled perfectly.

The Spa: Do not miss the spa! It is top-notch in every way and honestly requires multiple visits. The prices are exceptionally reasonable for such outstanding, high-end services.

Overall, this hotel excels at hospitality. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a high-service, stress-free home base in Hyderabad.

I have been a Titanium member for few years now and I travel quite a bit, and its easy to say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had.

From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. What really stood out to me was how often members of the leadership team personally stopped by to ask how they could make my stay better that’s not something you see very often anywhere else.

I had access to the Executive Lounge, and it was one of the best lounges I’ve experienced anywhere. They serve hot food in the evenings, and there was always something new every day. Breakfast was amazing as well, with so many great options to choose from. The overall ambiance of the hotel was excellent, and honestly, I can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like.

The Westin Hyderabad was an outstanding place to stay, offering a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, and the amazing pool area especially invites you to unwind and recharge after a long day.

What really stood out was the staff — incredibly friendly and attentive to detail, which made the entire stay feel special and memorable. My room was spacious, well-designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Access to the business lounge was a big plus. It was the perfect spot to spend a quiet evening after work, with excellent food and drinks in a calm setting. The breakfast was simply overwhelming in the best way possible — offering a huge variety of options for everyone. Having stayed in several hotels across India, I can confidently say this was the best breakfast buffet I have experienced.

I recently had a wonderful stay at The Westin Mindspace Hyderabad. From the seamless check-in to the moment I departed, the hospitality was top-notch. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and provided the perfect environment for both work and rest.

What sets this Westin apart is its incredible team. I was consistently impressed by the personalized care from the staff, particularly Kranti and the guest relations team. They were incredibly intuitive about my needs and made the entire stay hassle-free.

Room was great but food was a disappointment and also need some fixing the bathtub and all need renovation

Spectacular service! I stayed at the hotel on Holi and the front desk was very thoughtful about room placement. Everyone I encountered was very polite, friendly, and customer oriented.

I recently spent two wonderful nights at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace with my family for a staycation, and I wanted to share our experience.

As a long-time guest who was part of the Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) programme years ago, I've watched this hotel transition to the Marriott Bonvoy programme. What struck me most was that despite this hotel not being the new kid on the block, there has been absolutely no discernible change in the quality of service, amenities, or overall experience. The standards remain as high as ever.

I want to call out some exceptional team members who made our stay truly memorable:

Sanjeev Kumar, the chef, went above and beyond. He came to speak with us personally, ensuring that everything we wanted in our meals was prepared exactly as we requested. He offered to bring us special dishes from the menu if we wanted something particular. This level of personalised attention is rare and deeply appreciated.

Venkat, who was in charge of housekeeping for our room, was outstanding. The bed was always perfectly made, and all amenities were consistently topped up and maintained in top shape throughout our stay.

Most of all, I want to highlight Ravinder Singh, the housekeeping manager, who came to speak with us at breakfast. He ensured our stay was exceptional, sharing stories from his past experiences and making us feel like we were among his closest friends. His warmth and genuine care transformed our stay from good to unforgettable.

We also dined at Prego, which used to be one of our top Italian restaurants in the city many years back. I'm delighted to report that it is still as good as we remembered. The quality and flavours have remained consistent, which is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence.

The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace may be an older property, but it proves that great service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality never age. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful staycation.
