Perfect location for a Wonderful stay
Pros:

Location, Location, Location! Was Excellent!! We had everything in our reach. Not so much a view as we were on the third floor. Loved that we could do some laundry for free. Was not expecting that. We also loved the water refilling station on the floor.

Cons:

The Bed was too soft.

Great location
Pros:

The location was unbeatable. Excellent transport links to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island ferry, JFK airport. Bed was comfortable, the room had a fridge which was very useful as we had breakfast in our room. There was a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby and refillable water bottles to use at water stations.

Cons:

When we arrived at midnight the sofa bed for our daughters was not made despite my previous communication with the hotel. What’s the point of the messaging system if the people who prepare rooms have no access to requests. There was a piece of underwear and a hairband on the floor in the room from the previous guests. There were 3 sets of towels even though we booked for 4 guests. We only requested cleaning on one day during our stay - again only 3 sets of towels plus the room wasn’t hoovered as the hairband from the previous occupier was still in the same place. There weren’t enough duvets in the hotel apparently, so the kids were given blankets with flat sheets.

Pros:

La vista de la habitación era maravillosa !!!! Alojarse en la zona es muy conmovedor. Los servicios de maquina de agua, cafetería y maquina de hielo gratis son excelentes. También es bueno el guardado gratis de equipaje. Personal muy amable.

Amazing!!!
Pros:

The stay was amazing and relaxing. My room had a wonderful view of the 9/11 memorial fountains and One World Trade Center. I will definitely be returning!

This is a great hotel for someone hoping for a good night's sleep -- quiet and comfy!
Pros:

The room was very comfortable -- the wonderfully soft mattress meant I slept better than I usually do on hotel beds. Also the staff was very friendly, gracious and willing to go out of their way to be helpful. Also, it's GREAT place to stay if you want to see the 911 Memorial sites. Those are all a short walk away. And the 20th floor restaurant offers an awesome view of the Freedom Tower.

Cons:

The only think I can think of to possibly improve my stay would be a bench or stool on which to lay an opened suitcase.

Welcoming, Comfortable & Convenient Hotel
Pros:

The room was very well fitted out wiith the sofa bed snd ikitchenette. Pots & pqne etc provided on request. The room was a good size too.
Anything needed on repwirs etc was done same dqy without having to chase up.
Very convenient position for touring around.
The receptoonist was very hellpful on answering any question.

Cons:

A inroom safe deposit box would be good, instead of having to use the one at reception.

Bien para moverse por la ciudad.
Pros:

Todo el personal era especialmente atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Siempre sonrientes y colaboradores.
La ubicación es espectacular, literalmente frente al monumento del 11s y el One World Trade Center.

Cons:

Un hotel muy básico en cuanto a facilidades en la habitación, una de ellas no tenía ni una silla para sentarse y la otra no tenía nevera. Varios enchufes no funcionaban (en el baño literalmente ninguno), con lo que cargar teléfonos o aparatos electrónicos era complicado. Es una cuestión de gustos, pero los colchones y las almohadas eran muy blandas.

En mi 5a estadía World Center Hotel sigue siendo una gran experiencia en downtown Manahattan
Pros:

Este hotel no me defraudó desde la primera vez que lo contraté. La atención del personal siempre es dedicada, los problemas que puedan presentarse en la habitación son resueltos de inmediato .ahora abrieron un canal de comunicacion intranet que funciona realmente-. El tamaño de mi habitación (23m2) es comodo y está bien distribuido entre zona de trabajo y habitacion con el plus de sillon y mesa con vista desde mi ventanal a la ciudad y el Memorial. Para mi gusto y necesidad es impecable. La zona es muy tranquila por la noche pero a 600m esta TriBeCa para marcha y. mas vida. Cerca, sin embargo, hay delis, 24hs,

L'emplacement, la vue et le tarif étaient biens

Cons:

Le bruit des voisins toute la nuit.
Le bruit du ventilateur toute la nuit.
Le bruit de la rue.
Il faudrait impérativement améliorer ce problème et prendre en compte notre remarque quand on vient vous en parler pendant le séjour :
il s nont rien fait pour nous et le vigil m'a regardé comme si j'étais un voyou.
Cuisine minuscule dans la chambre.
Enfin, pendant 5 jours, le personnel fait un nettoyage complet des machines à café à l'heure du petit déjeuner... , nous n'avons donc pas pu en profiter...

Cons:

Fridge empty and not working.

Due to the crash at La Guardia , the hotel receptionist couldn’t book an extra night for us. I had to go through a third party supplier on the internet. NOT IMPRESSED.
