I like this place and i sure to come by again.
Pros:

The property is nice and clean and friendly staff. Plus coffee and tea is included.

Cons:

This was my second time here, but that second time i had one little problem with the heat , that wasn’t coming up in the room, even though they tried to fix it.

I didn’t find how to operate the microwave oven, just to boil water. I wanted to see the operation manual.

Location was perfect, amazing views.
Room (suite) spacious, microwave and the fridge.

Cons:

Some of the staff members really rude.
Cold draft from the windows, reception staff recommended to put blankets down round the windows.
Although there were 4 of us in the suite, we got 3 towels only every day .No duvet on the sofa bed. Apparently only blankets, although all us paid the same price.
Coffee machine downstairs was regularly cleaned at the busiest times.
However good things outweighed the bad ones, would really recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The area is convenient with the memorial nearby, and a lot of metro stations.

Cons:

The room looked old, wallpaper getting off. The ventilation was extremely loud, and it was very cold in the room. Sp during the night, either you were very cold or you put on the ventilation to increase the temperature, but you dont sleep.
When i told the reception desk, I told for 2 extra blankets, they sent only 1, and they pretended that someone coumd come to check and potentially repair, but the ventilayion was not broken, it was just old and bad quality.
