We had an excellent stay! The front desk representative was outstanding and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. She even helped us get the right room that perfectly fit our family’s needs, which we really appreciated.
The room was spacious—much larger than many other hotel rooms we’ve stayed in—and it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. The service throughout our stay was perfect, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

La posizione è eccezionale: a pochi passi dal World Trade Center, con numerose linee della metropolitana nelle immediate vicinanze che permettono di raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi zona di New York. Il quartiere è tranquillo e sicuro anche nelle ore serali.
Il letto era molto comodo e abbiamo riposato bene. La nostra camera era a un piano alto e i rumori della città arrivavano molto attenuati, decisamente meno rispetto ad altre zone di Manhattan.
Abbiamo apprezzato anche la possibilità di richiedere la pulizia giornaliera della camera, il distributore di acqua gratuita presente su ogni piano con bottiglie riutilizzabili fornite dall'hotel e, nella hall, la disponibilità gratuita di caffè, tè e latte con tavolini dove poter fare colazione o fare una pausa.
Un plauso speciale al personale, sempre gentile, cordiale e disponibile, che ha gestito con grande professionalità un piccolo inconveniente riscontrato a fine soggiorno.
Nel complesso non abbiamo riscontrato aspetti particolarmente negativi. L'unico piccolo inconveniente è stato un problema riscontrato nella camera verso la fine del soggiorno; tuttavia, una volta rientrati dal viaggio, lo staff ha gestito la situazione con grande professionalità e attenzione, rimborsandoci spontaneamente il costo di un'intera notte. È un gesto che abbiamo davvero apprezzato e che conferma la serietà della struttura.
Se dovessi suggerire un miglioramento, aggiungerei la possibilità di offrire una colazione, anche semplice, oppure una convenzione con qualche locale nelle vicinanze. Per il resto, ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene e torneremmo volentieri.
We got exactly what we expected, and fortunately in a positive way. The hotel offers a great location and excellent value for money in New York. Public transport is easily accessible, and there’s also a lot to explore within walking distance in the Lower Manhattan area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they responded quickly whenever we had a special request.
There was a sewage smell in the hallway once or twice during our stay, though thankfully it wasn’t noticeable in the room itself.

The hotel itself delivered on almost everything. The facilities are excellent, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the location is unbeatable — right by the World Trade Center, with easy access to everything in Lower Manhattan. The staff was friendly.
Two things. First, the internet: I specifically paid for a room with high-speed internet, but the connection was unreliable and did not perform as advertised. Second, and more importantly, the pricing. I booked months in advance for the World Cup on a non-refundable, prepaid rate, pressured by constant "low availability" and "high demand" notices on the platform. When I arrived, the exact same room was listed at a much lower price — with free cancellation and pay-at-the-hotel options. Even during World Cup match days in NYC, prices stayed well below what I paid. Be careful with the scarcity messaging when booking: it did not reflect real availability, and locking into a non-refundable rate ended up costing me significantly more than necessary. When I asked the front desk for an adjustment, they said nothing could be done since payment went through Booking.
Great hotel and always my go-to for my business trip. Everyone is friendly especially Marsh-Ann who found any way to make your trip a fantastic experience.
Great location to get around the city, comfortable walking distance to major lines and stops. Room and facilities were excellent, comfortable super size bed, plenty of space and views of the city.
Difficult to get a drink on the rooftop terrace, staff didn’t know what time the bar would close at the next day.
Amazing views with decent size room for 3 persons. Good location on lower manhattan. Two tv’s was popular for the kid.
Found old used boxer in the sleeping couch which we had to fix ourselves for the kid. I booked for two adults and one 7 year old kid but nothing was prepared. Tood the staff and we found some blankets in our room after a while. But had to do all the bedding ourselves.

Room was not up to our expectations. Staff was 50/50 if they were helpful and nice. Had to ask for toilet paper 3 times.

Really clean and well kept. Good location. Comfy bed. Aircon was pretty quiet considering. Couldn’t hear any noise coming from the city and the hotel is close to transport links.
The shower pressure is a little weak and the pillows are maybe a little on the softer side but that’s being picky.
I would stay here again
Most of the staff are great. The views from the room were amazing and it is a very safe area.
