Echt een heerlijk hotel waar je lekker tot rust kan komen
Pros:

Het hotel oogt heel groot, maar zodra je binnen bent zie je dat het eigenlijk heel overzichtelijk. De oase van rust die al bij de receptie te merken is, is heerlijk. Ik had een standaard kamer en ik dacht zelf dat ik een upgrade had, zo uitgebreid was de kamer.

Zwembaden zijn allemaal perfect. Je kan zelf kiezen of je in de drukte of wat meer in de rust wilt liggen.

Ook zijn er genoeg barretjes + supermarkt om de hele dag door wat drinken/eten te halen.

Ontbijt is top! Genoeg keuze tussen alles wat je maar zou willen. Vers brood, eieren, sapjes, fruit en genoeg beleg.

Avondeten (ik had buffet) ook van erg goeie kwaliteit en iedere avond anders.

De ligging is ook perfect want je bent zo op het strand en bij het winkelgedeelte.

De kamers zijn best gehorig.

Séjour de rêve! Hôtel absolument magnifique, très bien situé, et personnel très professionnel et disponible. La chambre est très spacieuse, literie très confortable et repas très qualitatif. Les espaces extérieurs et piscines sont justes sublimes 😍

Fantastico hotel en Gran Canaria

Muchas gracias por todo, hemos sentido como en casa, me gustaron mucho las instalaciones de este hotel, todo muy limpio y muy cuidado, de noche hay muchas luces y la decoración es muy bonita! De dia, puedes disfrutar de muchas piscinas, y realmente parece estar en un resort grande, agradezco mucho por una buena gestión de tanto personal que hay detrás de este precioso hotel! Especialmente a Eduardo, jefe de relaciones publicas y recepción, por su amabilidad y fantástico trabajo!
El hotel esta a pocos metros de las zonas de ocio y restauración, a 15 -20 min de Anfi de Mar y de puerto Mogán.

Cons:

Quizás la única pega que teníamos es que las habitaciones donde estábamos alojados ya se necesitan el repaso y remodelación. Los muebles ya son antiguos. Pero repito, que las habitaciones estaban super limpias, pero faltaba típicas cosas del baño tipo crema corporal, kit dental etc ! Y las toallas para mi gusto eran muy desgastadas ya y pequeñas en comparación a otros hoteles de 5 estrellas donde estuvimos alojados.

Un buen hotel con puntos de mejora
Pros:

El ambiente tranquilo y relajado. Aun habiendo mucha gente, no da sensación de agobio.
La limpieza en todo el complejo, el olor tan agradable, las piscinas, la posibilidad de pasear dentro del complejo, el desayuno buffet variado y rico. Es un hotel muy acogedor que te permite desconectar del todo.

Cons:

Es una pena que un hotel de esta categoría permita que para las 8:30 de la mañana estén la mayoría de las hamacas de la piscina ocupadas. Y si, se permite; aunque en los carteles indiquen que está prohibido, no hay consecuencias (no se retiran) y te quedas sin tumbonas cuando muchas de ellas están vacías todo el día con toallas que proporciona el hotel. Deberían controlar este aspecto.

La temperatura de las piscinas climatizadas cambio de un día para otro… fue una pena. Se veía mucha menos gente en el agua y menos bebés.

Estefanía, personal de recepción, no nos dedico tiempo a nuestra llegada para explicarnos las cosas básicas del hotel (wifi, mapa, horarios…) cosa que otros compañeros si estaban haciendo con otros huéspedes. Nos enteramos que el hotel tiene un pequeño supermercado porque nos paseamos todo el complejo… bastante dejadez para lo que pagas.

Maravillosa estancia de "Safari".
Pros:

La decoración interior y la exterior lleno de bambues con pájaros, los animales entre las palmeras y las plantas junto a las piscinas climatizadas, tomar el sol en "la playa" y nadar en su río.

Cons:

El desayuno SIN GLUTÉN tardaban mucho en atenderte, pero tenían bastante para elegir.
