Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die vielseitige Poollandschaft, die parköhnlich und grün gestaltet war, mit mehreren Becken, gut zum Schwimmen; das Areal so groß, dass man gut ausweichen konnte auf kleinere Pools; Frühstücksbuffett im 2. Raum sehr gut; auch wenn nicht in 1. Strandreihe war die Lage gut. Auf Nachfrage wurde ein Wasserkocher zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

Die Hellhörigkeit in den Zimmern, leider keine Sonnenliegen auf den Balkonen, keine Tee- oder Kaffeemöglichkeiten auf dem Zimmer.

Me cambiaron de habitación horas antes de irme. Perdi unas horas maravillosas y no me reubicaron en una habitación superior que creo q debería ser lo correcto

Comfortable stay but maybe a bit too big for a truly relaxing stay
Pros:

Let's start with the positive. The staff are super friendly, the hotel and facilities are clean and the hotel room itself is great. It's comfortable, quiet and overall great for a relaxed stay.
The bars are great - fantastic cocktails, great setting.
The partnership with the local gym ensures access to great facilities although comes with a premium.

Cons:

The hotel is very big which also means many guests. In the morning it was impossible to get a sunbed at the pool because guests 'reserve' them early morning by putting towels and other stuff on them. The pool staff don't do anything about this. Complained about this at reception to no avail.
There is an option to upgrade your stay to have access to a different pool area which we may consider if we stay here again.
The water of the pools is too cold in January.
The breakfast buffet is nice but some improvement to the quality of the food can be made. It's not 5* standard.
