we will be back and stay with them when in that area.
Pros:

room 331 the shower bath soap was out, no towels in bathroom upon arrival,
the refig was leaking water all through our stay we had to use one of our bath towels and shorted us even more
the door saftey lock was broken.

we told the staff at the front desk of our concerns

Cons:

we enjoyed the stay, the issues are normal and expected when staying in facilities.
we just wished some of the the issues was addressed sooner and made it eaiser for our stay.
nothing will effet our futher stays with this chain and our the place in future stays while in AL area.
easy to find location.
staff was friendly and very professional when we had interaction with them..

We were thankful to have a good hotel to stay in while we visited a family member in the hospital nearby.

The people working there were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The only complaint I would have is the lack of enough wash cloths and towels

We like to shower before bedtime and in the morning ( also no wash cloths available to wash our face in the morning due to using them for nightly shower
