Convenient location for exploring the city + onwards travel
Pros:

We were checked in by a super nice staff member. She even noticed it was my birthday (I didn't mention it at all) and gave us a voucher for a hot or soft drink from the bar. Totally unexpected, but such a nice gesture! In general every staff member we met was welcoming and kind.

The hotel itself is within easy walking distance of Berlin's central station. Yes, that means there's a lot of traffic in the area and occasionally you can hear announcements from the station. It didn't bother us. The location is really convenient, both for connections via train and also for exploring Berlin, because you can walk to several sights from the hotel.

The option for a late checkout (for a small additional fee) was great. We had tickets for a concert in the evening, so being able to use the room until 14:00 was amazing.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and I would stay again. It's great for a short stay, especially if you want to be in a central location.

Cons:

The room was on the smaller side. There was enough room, but it wasn't spacious.

Two small things that I feel could be improved:

You can store your luggage after checking out, but for an extra fee. Sure, it wasn't a lot of money, but most hotels will store your luggage for free for a few hours. It feels a bit like being overcharged after already paying for the room and in our case also for late checkout.

The bathroom in the lobby is locked, so if you want to use it after checking out, you have to walk back to the reception and ask for a card. I can't remember something like that in any hotel I've stayed in before, usually the bathroom is just open.

Cons:

Leider konnte man die Gäste aus dem Nachbarzimmer deutlich hören. Mit der Lüftung/Heizung gab es auch Probleme. Die Matratzen waren gut, aber das Bettgestell ein schlechter Scherz. Ständig verrutscht die Matratze und man wacht nachts auf. Werde für diesen Preis definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
Cons:

Zimmer im 1.Stock war bei Ankunft total überhitzt-Heizung voll aufgedreht. Offenes Fenster war viel zu laut und auch bei geschlossenem Fenster waren u.a. die Bahnansagen vom Bahnhof zu hören was sehr störend war

Pros:

Está justo al lado de la Estación Central, por lo que si llegas en tren, va genial. La cama de matrimonio era muy cómoda (la tercera cama, individual, no tanto). La cocina estaba muy limpia, con los utensilios necesarios y el ambiente era muy acogedor.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son un poco más pequeñas de lo que me imaginaba, pero todo muy bien. A veces hacía mucha calor dentro de la habitación.

Απλα συνηθίσαμε….
Pros:

Το πρωινο ήταν έλειπες… κρουασάν,κεικ, φυσικός χυμός,ένα γλυκό , αυγα βρασμένα, αυγα μάτια κλπ.Δεν μου άρεσε γενικά για όλους τους λόγους που παρέθεσα.
Εάν δεν είχαμε προπληρώσει πριν καν να δούμε τα δωμάτια - κελιά- δεν θα μέναμε.

Cons:

Τα δωμάτια είναι σαν κελιά για ανθρώπους της ηλικίας μας εξήντα ετών, το μπάνιο μικρό,ντουλάπα επίσης πολύ μικρή .. η καθαριοτητα έλειπεστατη έπρεπε να ζητήσεις για να μπουν να καθαρίσουν ,αλλαγή πετσέτες ανύπαρκτη και σεντονιών στις εξι διανυκτερευσεις , το μπαρ το πρωί κλειστο για ένα καπουτσίνο η ο,τι άλλο… ελάχιστα προϊόντα στο μπαρ.Που ήταν ανοιχτό απο το απόγευμα και μετά.
Λυπαμαι πολύ για όσα γράφω αλλά είναι αληθινά.
Να βελτιωθούν χθες!!!!!!!😰😰
