Hamburg geht immer,trotz der Mängel.

Die Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs und die absolute Sauberkeit

Cons:

Durchgelegene Betten. Man spürt die Federn der Matratzen. Hatte online mitgeteilt, das wir wegen der frühen Bahnfahrt nicht frühstücken können. Buchbar war das Hotel leider nur mit Frühstück. Ich bat daher um ein Lunchpaket zum mitnehmen. Leider erhielt ich keine Antwort, nahm allerdings an, da das Antwortverhalten mancher Hotels nicht gegeben ist, dass die Mail trotzdem angekommen ist. Auch nahm ich an, da wir früh eingescheckt hatten, dass meine Info dann ausreichend sei. Falsch! Sehr schade. Unflexibel.

Würde nicht nochmal buchen.

Nettes Personal, super Lage direkt am HBF. Frühstück ok.

Musste leider mein Zimmer tauschen, es war leider nicht runtergespülter Urin in der Toilette und im Nachtkästchen waren leere Schnapsflaschen, was für mich heißt, es wurde nicht geputzt. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war aber sehr freundlich und hat sich dafür entschuldigt.
Zudem war überall Teppichboden, sehr unhygienisch. Allgemein sehr renovierungsbedürftig und anscheinend geht ein Aufzug seit 2/25 nicht. Also wenn ein Hotel es nicht schafft, einen Aufzug reparieren zu lassen, ist für mich schon sehr fragwürdig. Daher würde ich nicht nochmal buchen. Schade eigentlich:(

Für eine Nacht okay.
Pros:

Super Lage, direkt am Bahnhof. Sehr zentral und gut erreichbar. Gut an den ÖPNV angebunden.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört *alles*, was im Nachbarzimmer passiert. Zimmer war sehr klein, aber okay für eine Nacht. Tür ließ sich nicht abschließen. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach.
