Pros:

Frühstück wäre noch mehrere Kaffeesorten sinnvoll. Ansonsten super Frühstück. Putzpersonal sehr gut.

Cons:

Türen von Nebenzimmer waren sehr laut zu hören.
zweiter Defekter Aufzug wäre gut wenn er funktionieren würde.

Schlichtes Hotel nahe dem Hauptbahnhof
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Alles andere lässt sich streiten.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und sanieren kostet anscheinend zu viel. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, aber die Betten sind ein bisschen klein. Die Dusche hat nur einen Vorhang, was für mich nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist. Der Raum heizt sich während des Tages so auf, dass es schwer ist, ihn in der Nacht kühl zu bekommen. Die Tür zum Balkon ist so instabil, dass man, wenn man wollen würde, sie ganz leicht aufbekommt. Es ist außerdem sehr hellhörig und man bekommt ab 6:00 Uhr mit, was das Personal macht. Der Frühstücksraum ist recht klein und wenn das Hotel viele Besucher hat, muss man sich beeilen, um einen Platz zu bekommen, ansonsten muss man es nochmal in 30 Minuten versuchen. Das Angebot, was es an Frühstück gibt, ist recht schlicht und einfach: drei verschiedene Sorten Brötchen und Brot, Marmelade, Honig, Nutella, Wurst und zwei verschiedene Sorten Käse. Wer mag, bekommt noch ein gekochtes Ei dazu. Wer schlichtes Frühstück mag, ist hier genau richtig, wer aber mal was Besonderes möchte, muss in ein anderes Hotel gehen.

Lage für Bahnreisende perfekt.
Gepäck kann man deponieren bis zur Abreise.

Cons:

lauter Abluft Ventilator im Bad.
Zusätzlich ein lauter Ventilator im Erdgeschoss. Fenster in der Nacht gekippt lassen war zu laut

Pros:

It was accessible when you want to see places in Hamburg. Near Hamburg train station.

Cons:

Room was clean, but very small, bed not comfortable, you can feel something hard (a spring or something) and it is uneven.

Pros:

Frukost: Ganska ok. Saknade apelsinjuice, äggröra, bacon, korv.

Cons:

Klagade ang fönster som ej gick att reglera. Det tog 2 dagar att reparera. Det fanns ej möjlighet att köpa dryck eller snacka på hotellet. Saknade AC på rummet.

Pros:

Die Betten und das saubere Bad

Cons:

Zu kleines frühstücktaum , über all staubig , nicht gut geputzt , kaputtes Aufzug , zur kleine Vorhänge oder fehlendes Verdunkelung, keine Klima-Ventilator ( bei sehr heißem Wetter in dem Zimmer sehr warm-stickig)

die Stadt ist super, das Hotel punktet nur durch die Lage am Hauptbahnhof

gute Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt, sehr gutes Öffi Angebot;

Cons:

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig (in allen Bereichen), kein Kühlschrank am Zimmer, das Hotel ist abgewohnt und
sanierungsbedürftig. Nicht zu empfehlen!

javais reserver a cette hotel et notre bateau eurikia a ete cancelle hotel a refuser de nous rembourser nous aurions aimer avoir un credit rien a ete accepte. Nous partions du canada croisieres canceller et hotel voulait rien savoir donc je recommande pas du tout cette hotel aucune comprehension et pas gentil .

Empfang unfreundlich. Fahrstuhl zum 2. Stock sehr beschränkt benutzbar. Zimmer klein aber akzeptabel. Ruhig. Frühstücksraum zu klein für die Zahl der Frühstücker, Angebot begrenzt.

Pros:

My room was attached directly to the dining area and hence I was woken at 5.30 as they set the breakfast up, with a lot more noise from 6.30 when breakfast opened. Room had a musty smell of damp
