Sijainti hyvä, helppo tulla metrolla suoraan oven eteen.

Cons:

Hotellihuoneessani oli lude. Heräsin 2.5.2026 aamulla yksin parivuoteesta, ja viereisellä tyynyllä oli lude. Uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä mainitsin asiasta ja näytin vastaanotossa luteesta ottamani valokuvat.

5 päivää myöhemmin minuun oltiin yhteydessä sähköpostitse jossa kerrottiin että kyseessä tosiaan on lude ja huoneeseen aiotaan tehdä tarvittavat torjuntatoimet.

Minkäänlaista hyvitystä tai rahojen palautusta hotelli ei minulle asiassa tarjonnut. Omien matkatavaroideni osalta tein lutikkatorjuntatoimet sitten itse kotona.

En suosittele hotellia kenellekään.

Yövyn toistekin
Pros:

Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja kaikki haluamani ruoat oli tarjolla.
Hakaniemi sijaintina oli ERINOMAINEN koska tarkoitus oli pyöräillä Kruunuvuren silloille ja takaisin.
Kaupunkipyöräparkki oli myös aivan hotellin vieressä ja pyörät toimivat.

Cons:

Huoneen pöytä aiheutti minulle tapaturman. Laatikosto oli lattiasta ilmassa n 3 cm ja
paljas jalkani osui juuri laatikoston alareunaan ja ukkovarpaan kynsi repesi irti.
Laatikosto EI SAA Olla 3 cm lattiarajasta koska tällöin varpaat mahtuu laatikoston alle ja vain kysni otti kiinni laatikoston alareunaan. NYYH

Very pleasant stay, but not perfect
Pros:

Comfy bed, very friendly staff (especially the breakfast hall attendant - you were the best), overall good cleanliness
Very good breakfast in terms of quality and variety.
Fantastic location - the Metro station, airport bus 600 stop and trams nearby. Plenty of options for food and groceries (the 24h supermarket is just 100 meters away).
I didn't try it, but there is a sauna in the hotel.

Cons:

Sound insulation is lackluster - the windows facing the Hakaniemi Market square in my room were leaking a lot of sound, and loose manhole cover on the street was audible every time the bus came through. Those windows definitely need replacing or fixing.
There were minor technical faults in the room (a lightbulb randomly shutting down in the bathroom, TV remote barely working).
No fridge in the standard room, especially considering that this hotel is advertised as 4-stars on Booking, is disappointing.

Pros:

Breakfast was really good. The location was very convenient. Despite some need of renovation, the room was clean.

Cons:

Hotel needs a bit of refreshing. There's marks of use on walls etc. We had a street side room, so there was quite a lot of traffic noise, but for one night it was alright. Also, there was weirdly positioned light switch/outlet, which had a small light that you couldn't turn off, so in the middle of the night it was like a beacon straight to the eyes. I think it was two single beds that were pushed together, so that's why it stayed in the middle. I think it would be less of a problem for a double room.
