Fresh, tasty breakfast. There was a very polite lady, who greeted everyone and offered warm cinnamonrolls, she was the best! Location is absolutely perfect, close to all trams, metros, buses. Normal shop is next door, mc donalds 50 m. Grocery store 25 m. Perfect.
Staff in reception was very polite, we got to choose which side of the house we want our view. Thank you to everyone.
Little bit dated furniture, but comfy beds. And my mistake was that i did not check if there is refrigetor, i assumed that 4* hotels have.
Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Henkilökunta äärimmäisen ystävällinen ❤ Hotellin sijainti erittäin hyvä. Huoneeseen päästiin hyvissä ajoin joten siitäkin paljon plussaa!
Kadulta kuuluu mekkalaa pitkin yötä mutta sijainnin puolesta täysin ymmärrettävää ja itse halusimme huoneen torin puolelta.

aamiainen kiitettävä ja aamiaisella töissä ollut tarjoilija, noin keski-ikäinen tummahiuksinen oli todella huippu hyvä asiakaspalvelussa!!! Hänelle tereveisiä!!!!

+ příjemné povlečení i postele
+ skvělé chutné snídaně, velký výběr jídla, i bez laktozy a bez lepku,
+ mají tu výborný chleba :-)
+ z jídelny hezký výhled
+ milá upovídaná paní, která myla stoly v jídelně u snídaně - umí pozdravit "dobré ráno" snad ve 30 jazycích :-)
+ ideální umístění hotelu, na zastávce metra, autobusu a tramvají
+ pro naše rozhodnutí bylo nejdůležitější, že k hotelu jede autobus č. 600 z letiště
+ nebyl problém i s nočním příjezdem
+ v pokoji bylo teplo, i když venku bylo -18°C
+ ovládání teploty v pokoji termostatem v rozmezí 20-24°C (ale nejdřív jsme nemohli přijít, jak to nastavit)
- hodila by se varná konvice standardně na všech pokojích
+ menší, ale docela útulný pokoj č. 323 (ale ten minule s č. 717 byl hezčí)
+ příjemné povlečení i postele
+ ideální umístění hotelu, na zastávce metra, autobusu a tramvají
+ pro naše rozhodnutí bylo nejdůležitější, že k hotelu jede autobus č. 600 z letiště
+ nebyl problém i s brzkým odjezdem v 5:30 ráno
+ v pokoji bylo teplo
+ dobrá komunikace s majitelem
