I was not impressed with being put in an upstairs room when I had booked a pool access room. The reason I was given was I was a long term stay and it was convenient for them that I was in the last room away from reception. I have a disability and have trouble with climbing up and down stairs, it made my access difficult.
Very run down not what it portrays in picture. Way out of town. Not many choices. Room & bathroom dirty very old
Perfect for what i was looking for
Hotel in terrible location. Cabs will not pick up as hotel on steep mountain road. Does have shuttle to town. Rooms large but old and pool very run down. Will not use again. Hotel would allow a later check out even after being advised I was in hospital!
Restaurant average.
Tops convenience shop close by, wonderful local restaurant also at main road just left of intersection, looks bad but is great. Beware of market food close by hygiene not good
The problem you evaluated four stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ and maybe I can give it two star ⭐⭐ the picture should be updated at your site because that picture for the hotel maybe 20 years old

The property was mislead by showing the photos on the website looks nice but the room was outdated, bathroom was leaked and dirty, the room smell mole, we felt sicked after just one night there. We booked for 5 nights but we had to checked after one night because of sanitary and sickness after just one night there.
Not one person spoke more than 2 words in English.
Did not felt welcomed .
To far from town.... basically need a cab or transport to get up the hill. English speaking a bit more would help.....and English television channels would be a plus . Other then that it was ok
Definitely a bit worn down and needs a bit of love. Can see that they are starting to refurbish the back buildings, which is good to see. Was very expensive for what we got, but needed something as our other hotel cancelled on us last minute so that could’ve reflected the high price? Pictures deffs make it look better than it was though which was upsetting.
Nice quiet place, good quality rooms.
It was run down water dirty din pool paid for king bed got two twins, not returning. We stayed at the same place two previous years.

Nice hotel. Lovely staff but away from the buz and atop a steep incline. There are taxis etc but you can’t simply go for a wander
picture dont match with the reality..walking up to the hotel is a pain..staff is under stress.
