Grave négligence d’hygiène
Pros:

L’emplacement.

Cons:

L’hygiène catastrophique, mais dissimulée derrière des désodorisants. Levez le drap et voyez. Nous sommes avons changé de chambre, même constat. Seul un drap vous sépare des urines de clients dans le matelas. Par ailleurs des affaires oubliées ont disparu.

Pros:

Excellent emplacement. La gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel. Chambre, confortable et propre un peu vieillot mais très agréable. Bon petit déjeuner

Great hotel in a beautiful part of Palermo
Pros:

Small, very clean hotel in a great part of Palermo. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Cons:

If you stay on a weekend, there are loud parties in the piazza in front of the hotel. Not the staff’s fault but it does get very loud and goes on until very late.

Cons:

They like to serve you breakfast in your room and they ask you to order the night before. Breakfast was ok but prefer a buffet breakfast. The entrance is not the most attractive!

Nice hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Great location, very central and easy walk to all the sights. Lovely helpful staff. The room was pleasant and the bed comfortable, we had a balcony room facing the Teatro Massimo but trees block the view. Breakfast was lovely and staff accommodated our request for yoghurt and granola.

Cons:

The shower was small and low pressure.

Pros:

What I love most about the hotel is the location. It is a wonderful hotel. I would rate it higher than most in palermo, with a staff that is beyond accommodating. I thought I had an issue with my air. Conditioning, and they immediately attended to my problem, and I had it in/on the wrong "mode." One of my guests left their purse passport in Euro. At the hotel, the staff immediately sought out several options. And it was delivered to the airport within the hour. They will always be heroes to me. And my guest, who left her purse.

Mam niedosyt Palermo, na pewno tu wrócę i oczywiście zatrzymam się w tym hotelu.
Pros:

Lokalizacja doskonała, w samym centrum z widokiem na Teatr Massimo. Czułam się zaopiekowana przez personel, na powitanie otrzymałam powitalnego drinka co w upalny dzień było wyśmienitym rozpoczęciem przygody w Palermo. Śniadania smaczne i urozmaicone, jest możliwość zjedzenia śniadania w pokoju a nawet w łóżku :) bez dodatkowych kosztów. Obsługa hotelu nienaganna, Gracie mille.

Cons:

Nic. Wszystko było doskonałe.
