Pros:

Bed was hard. Breakfast arrangements weird - they strongly encouraged in room breakfast (not the usual buffet, and not saying this before I booked), and then lost my breakfast reservation on the day I left when I needed to get a flight.

Der er ingen værelser mod haven som beskrevet ved vores bestilling. Det værelse vi fik tildelt vendte ud mod en bygning maksimalt 5 m fra hotellet
Naboens altan var lige ud for vores værelse
Den smalle smøre der er mellem bygningerne anvendes til plads for affaldscontainere med tømning fra kl 6 am.

Le bruit insupportable provenant de la ruelle sur laquelle donnait la chambre et non une cour intérieure comme annoncé dans le descriptif : isolation phonique très insuffisante pour protéger du bruit des terrasses de restaurants jusqu’à plus de une heure, puis le remplissage des poubelles et enfin à six heures ramassage des contenairs des verres
Le petit déjeuner laissait à désirer : fruits immangeables car non murs , pain sans doute de la veille…

Loved Palermo and the people. We would like to come back and see more of Sicily.
Pros:

Excellent location for visiting all the amazing buildings and near to so many restaurants. Lovely large triple room with balcony looking over Massimo Plaza and theatre. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Prefer a softer mattress.
