Important information:

Please note that children under 6 years old are not permitted in the Royatonic Spa and swimming pool. Please note that access to the Royatonic Spa & Wellness Center is limited to one time per day and per person.

For the Deluxe Suite, Family Junior Suite (2 Adults + 2 Children) and Prestige Suite, 2 free accesses per day to the Royatonic Spa & Wellness Center are included. Additional passes can be purchased for EUR 20. For our Privilege Double Room, access to the Royatonic Spa & Wellness Center is charged EUR 20 per person.

Please note that breakfast is free of charge for children under the age of 12. Please note that for the Family Junior Suite (2 Adults + 2 Children -12 years old), the following conditions apply :
- One child aged between 12 and 15 years old inclusive is charged EUR 70 per night in an additionnal bed.
- One child aged between 16 and 17 years old inclusive is charged EUR 100 per night in an additionnal bed,
- Adults are not allowed to stay in an additional bed (maximum adult occupancy: 2 adults per Suite

Swiming shorts are not allowed in the Spa, only swiming suits.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

room was nice and location good

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor no hot food for last 40 mins of service. Very poor fruit selection. no milk for cereal or tea. saff overworked and flustered. Very poor for a hotel of this quality. Also no access for children to pool and charge for access for adults very poorly communicated.

Pros:

Bel hôtel, facile d’accès depuis la gare et Jaude. La chambre est plutôt spacieuse. Le personnel est sympathique. Le restaurant est très bon.

Superbe étape reposante au milieu d’une traversée est-ouest de la France.
Pros:

Passionné de Formule 1 depuis les années 60 j’ai particulièrement apprécié les photos prises à Charade lors des derniers Grands Prix qui se sont déroulés sur ce circuit au début des derniers Grands la décennie 70.

L'établissement est tres agréable et tres bien situé, le personnel d'accueil est professionnel.

Cons:

Au petit déjeuner, le personnel ne communique pas suffisamment. Du coup vous arrivez dans la salle et ne savez pas si une table vous est attribuée ou si vous vous placez comme vous voulez. Une phrase d'accueil et d'explication serait bienvenue. Les cakes et brioches sont bons . Malheureusement les œufs brouillés et saucisses étaient froid.

Lovely stay at the heart of Royat
Pros:

The hotel interior and exterior is lovely and we loved the his and hers sink in the bathroom. Super comfortable beds and very quiet nights sleep. The breakfast was good but would have liked a wider selection of cheeses.

Cons:

Parts of the room a little dated, our wardrobe wouldn’t close correctly and it felt like the mini fridge was putting out a lot of heat into the interior of the wardrobe.
