Pros:

hotel old fashined look. hotel unique athmosfere.

Cons:

very noisy in the evening. front door was open, lock was broken. Administrator cann't answer did I need extra money for trailer parking. In the room there was no tools to boil water, but room has kitchenette :-(

Чистые полотенца,в номере тоже чисто.

Cons:

Это не отель, это реально общага! Тут походу проживают все кому не лень причём постоянно. Стиральные машины в коридоре,детские велосипеды. Очень все слышно. В коридорах стоит неприятный запах сырости и старья. Ну если совсем экстренно где-то надо переночевать, то ок. Так не вернусь сюда. Очень неудобно расположены номера,лабиринт просто.

Cheap and barely functional
Pros:

The location was good as we were looking for a place in Pirita near Merivälja

Cons:

The shower did not work, I could hear my neighbours and the staff did not speak decent Estonian. Besides, they were hardly present, so complaining of no water was challenging…

Pros:

Отель старый, ремонт старый, но видно, что в своё время владелец вложил в него сердце и средства. Рядом супермаркет, ресторан и автобусная остановка. Вокруг прекрасный лес и чистый воздух.

Cons:

Море далеко- пешком 45 мин, на машине 15 мин.

Room was big enough

Cons:

The smell of the whole building and the room. There's grocery store in the same building, i bought air freshener for the room to survive. There's smoking room in the entrance, so if you don't like smells, I don't recommend to go near the hotel. The smells make you think it's not clean either. Walls are thin so you can hear people talking, yet alone fighting in the middle of the night. There was no staff so can't rate that. Check-in was easy, but didn't seem safe because of how easy it was. I paid 38 euros for the room, definitely not worth the money.
