Important information:

If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance. A fee of approximately EUR 80 applies if you are traveling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. The beds are made on arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, but you will have to clean the dishes and the kitchen before your departure. Failure to do so may result in charges. Underwhelming
Pros:

Great location for skiing

Cons:

The photos on booking are not the rooms you get and they only show the nicest suites.

It is quite expensive considering it doesn't offer any services, like housekeeping except at the end of your stay. They don't even have bathrobes in the room, but you can rent them at an additional fee. They only provide one toilet paper roll, so you've got to buy that too. Everything is an additional fee, where at other hotels it would be included.

The check in is extremely late (17) and check out extremely early (10) which shortens your actual trip by a lot.

Overall not worth it.

Super, family friendly chalets opposite the slopes
Pros:

Great location right on the main street of the old town and across from the slopes
Great facilities - swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms all included, plus wellness centre
Good quality furnishings
Comfortable beds
Underground parking was very close to appartment - saved lots of time for loading/unloading

Cons:

Take a little while to figure out the lift system. This time we had 6 lifts to take. A tip is that one of the lifts is direct for fast exit. And beware as you don't always want to go to the bottom of that particular chalet, might need to take a bridge to the next chalet

Bien dans l’ensemble, service correct, les agents sont accueillant et souriant.

Cons:

Bien dans l’ensemble mais le chemin pour aller dans les chambres et l’accueil c’est horrible et compliqué. Beaucoup de clients s’y perd dans le chemins et sa fatigue.Pas de raccourci.

Déçus par cette résidence et notre appartement. Le rapport qualité/prix n'y était pas.
Pros:

Appartement de bonne taille. (adapté pour handicapés semble-t -il), taille supérieure à un 6 personnes normal.
Belles installations SPA-espace détente
Belle réception.
Personnel attentionné.

Cons:

- Arrivée, emménagement et déplacements dans la résidence sont un casse tête absolu (6 ascenseurs différents a prendre pour aller du haut (réception) au bas (casiers a ski) plus 3 ou 4 passerelles entre bâtiments)...
- Appartement G1 (6 personnes 3700 euros la semaine du nouvel an) avec vue unique et directe sur le talus et les immeubles d'a coté. Loin de la vue sur les montagnes à laquelle on s'attend quand on réserve une résidence CGH 4*. Bien sur pas moyen de changer. Attention a savoir si on est "gold" ou "silver" ... nous on devait être iron.
- Espace détente (piscine, sauna, ...) sans aucune surveillance et donc installations mal utilisées qui disjonctent, enfants dans les saunas qui jouent, ... un peu dur de se détendre.
- La résidence n'est pas (du tout) skis au pieds;

MIs à part que nous n'avons pas peu nous laver dans l'appartement, séjour très agréable

Appartement idéalement situé pour tout, avec accès direct au magasin et à l'arrêt pour la navette de ski

Cons:

Tout le long de notre séjour, on a eu de très gros problème d'eau chaude.
Pas moyen de prendre chacun une douche dans l'appartement, ni faire la vaisselle

Emplacement idéal vu sur les Aravis et le Lachat, possibilité pour beaucoup d'activités, très bonnes prestations. Bus gratuit pour le Grand Bornand.
