I may rethink my stay next time, the rooms are pricey for what they are. I know the proximity to the Ark Encounter play
Pros:

I have stayed there several times because of its proximity to my relatives. This last visit was probably my least favorite experience.

Cons:

Upon arrival the first clerk I encountered told me I couldn’t keep my room for the second night because my reservation got messed up and I had to make two separate reservations. I went to get a luggage dolly the morning after the first night and thought I try my luck with another clerk. She was awesome, told me that this happens quite often and she was able to fix my issue. I wish I knew her name.

The second issue was the pool, it looked murky and there were a couple of unsupervised adolescent males dominating the entire pool. I didn’t go complain to the front desk so that was on me.

Pool was cloudy for our stay and never any towels at the pool and the timer didnt work on the hot tub

Great weekend stay & location.
Pros:

Great breakfast selection. Comfy beds, clean room and bathroom.

Cons:

Lady at the front desk was very unkind during check-in all because I booked through a 3rd party - being booking.com
Bring a sound machine if you do not like to hear traffic all night on 71.

Good place to stay, but need better pricing or more amenities.
Pros:

We left to early to try breakfast, which was a bummer. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a grab bag breakfast, for those guest leaving before 6am. We paid a high rate to stay here, and none of us go to enjoy breakfast. We were there less than 12 hours.

More value needed if you are going to pay $150 for a one night stay for a room needing a few more amenities and a hot br
Pros:

Clean and simple decor! Just comfortable and it was great having more than two pillows on the bed, it made it very comfortable.

Cons:

The hot breakfast is nice that it is included but the freshness was lacking, the sausage patties were dry and the cheese omelettes were a tad bland. Also the warm cinnamon rolls were exciting but they too were a little stale even though they are served warm! Also, I heard the guests walking around from the room above me, and the sound buffer was not great because I could easily hear people in the hallway. Finally, you need lighting or a lamp in the desk area, too dim at the work desk, had to turn every light on in the room just to do a few business things for work at the desk. I’d stay there again due to the value and the convenience and comfort but paying $150 for my one night stay was a little pricey for the lack of things with lighting and the hot breakfast but not completely terrible.

Average hotel with very rude guests.
Pros:

Location, ease of check in.

Cons:

People staying there were very rude. They need staff to maintain the people. From slaming doors late at night to slamming doors at 5 am. Go down for breakfast and tons of people already done eating refusing to leave so there was no where to sit and eat with kids. Good thing the breakfast wasn't very good so we just left. Please have staff move people along so everyone can sit and eat the mediocre food before they leave.

Terrible
Pros:

I love the fact that they had free breakfast.
A heated pool and a hot tub.
The room space was perfect for what we needed.
However, our stay ended up turning out terrible

Cons:

There was no hot breakfast out but eggs. When I asked if the kitchen host if she was bringing out more, she was very disrespectful and told me that it would be a minute that minute ended up turning into almost 20 and all that was brought out was cold sausage. I was really excited for the pancakes since most hotels offer waffles. She had the pancake machine shut down for no reason. The pool was very cloudy and dirty. The hot tub was cold. The jets didn’t work . The pullout bed in our was dirty as if the sheets on the pullout couch were never cleaned. Parking was an absolute nightmare one of the guests that stayed with me had to park outside of the parking lot because there was no extra spaces in the parking lot .
And that pretty much explains our stay $230+ dollars later and all I was offered back was 50 dollars. 🙃
