Cons:

Room was not ready when we arrived, no towels in pool area, we received 1 towel in our room for 4 people and the tv had a line down the middle. I requested additional pillows and did not receive. An hour before check out the cleaning people parked the cart right in front of our door and we had to move it to get out of the room

Pros:

It was clean - smelled good - rooms were huge - breakfast was good - beds were comfortable

Cons:

The shower head was broken - very little water pressure as most of water was leaking from the hose, the pool was closed ( only reason we chose the hotel)

Pleasant and convenient
Pros:

I liked that it had a hot tub and pool for the kids. The breakfast was about normal for a hotel breakfast. The beds were comfortable and facility was clean. House keeping came in and arranged my girls stuffed animals in a really cute way which made them laugh and there is a nice steak house with a sidewalk to walk to it.

Cons:

It’s very close to the highway so there is a lot of traffic noise. The facility was dated. I was not happy that I paid early and upon arrival I was told our room wasn’t paid for and that I had to contact booking.com myself. The manger did reach out to booking.com and found out our room wasn’t paid paid. The hot tub had a mind of its own for when it wanted to work or not.

Pros:

Everything was clean, updated, and nice!

Cons:

Breakfast was done by 9:30 AM, and the breakfast lady made sure to remind everyone. I got down there around 9:15, with more than enough time to grab breakfast, and she still made it a point to tell me what time I came down, and that breakfast was closing soon. I found that completely unnecessary. Breakfast should go until at least 10:00AM anyway in my opinion.
