Wonderful facility, friendly staff and delicious breakfast choices.
Pros:

Excellent location just off of I75. Plenty of parking. Rooms were clean, roomy, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed and bedding. I liked the dispenser for the Dove shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfast in particular the biscuits and gravy. Excellent fresh brewed coffee. All in all, a very enjoyable experience after a very long day of driving.

Cons:

There were no negative issues with this property.

I am.short so I could not reach towels in bathroom so I got a hanger to knock them down from the shelf
Also could not reach soap dispenser by bathroom sink

Not as nice for the price paid
Pros:

Stopped here for the decent reviews. What I did not read was that the hotel is older and slightly run down. Overall the room is decent and appears clean besides some stains on the box spring. Comfortable bed and quiet. So far I wouldn’t pay the same amount here again.

Cons:

1 The room was not very clean--the tub was not cleaned well, nor was the bathroom floor--the carpetting in the bedroom needs to be steam cleaned.
2 The beds are on a platform that is much too high and is difficult to get in and out. WE are both not tall--5'6 and 5'0 each---one has to literally climb a mountain to get onto the mattresses---this was noted to the front desk and she said there have been many complaints about this from other guests---the platforms need to be cut at least in half from the floor and replaced.
3 We could not access the internet from our room--normally all one enters is the last name of the Guest and room number---this required a code and there was no prompt to enter the code
4 There were several buttons in the elevators that did not light up when pressed.
5 Our Keurig coffee machine was not operational in Room 214 and the front desk has no replacment for the machine )although I do not know why one could not have been taken from another room when I asked before retiring as the hotel was clearly not full

Would not ever stay here again.
Pros:

Comfy bed.

Cons:

Room smelled terrible. They had no quarters or soap for the laundry facility. Front desk clerk couldn’t leave the front of the tv to help when I needed assistance at the counter. Instead she proceeded to eat, watch tv, and play on her phone and holler at me from across the room.

Okay but complained about people trying to come into our room at 2am and heard nothing back

We had an exceptionally cozy and happy stay, met by truly sweet staff!
Pros:

The custodial and front-desk staff are TOP NOTCH!! Not only is the hotel spotlessly clean, it is welcoming and homey. I slept like a baby in that bed, and so did my Mom! Everyone was so kind to us, and we just really felt like we were staying with friends. Thank you all so much for all of your hospitality and kindness. We will be back for sure!!
