I liked the helpful and polite staff and the simplicity of the services

Cons:

When I wanted to upgrade and add to my booking I found it difficult to contact you. When able to get somebody to speak to they were fabulous and able to accomodate my needs. Simply and easily.

Amazing and we loved our stay.
Pros:

Room was big and spacious, nice views, bathroom was amazing with bath and shower. Beds comfy.

Cons:

The pool was a bit of a mission to get into with all the card swiping in and out. A bit annoying with kids but otherwise fine

Comfortable, clean but an expensive option
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We booked a deluxe premium king and I wouldn't say it lived up to that expectation to be honest. Breakfast was ok, nothing special

Cons:

Continental breakfast was ok, sausages were tough and bacon over cooked. Coffee was luke warm. Size of the room and bathroom could be better for the price and in comparison to other hotels.
