The staff are very thoughtful. Check in was stress free. The hotel is in a great location which is easily accessible to the main city attractions. The hotel bar is well stocked with great wines. The room was lovely and clean, plus they have a pillow menu. Valet parking was easy to organise.
There are a number of homeless people that appear to camp around the hotel. This may not be an issue to more worldly people. But to a small town woman it was confronting.
Loved everything about the hotel, so did my friends. Will definitely stay there again.
The sauna wasn't working it turned on but turned off 5 seconds later

Team members at F&B has a habit of tipping themselves, be aware about the dishonest staff members at F&B.
Please check your bill, we were charged for a number of tips that we did not authorize.
Will never be back because of this incident.
Facing a little garden, short walk from Rundle, shops and restaurants. Easy base to get around from. Room was nice and beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful
