Staff were excellent and could not fault them. The property itself feels a little bit tired but you can use all the facilities at Crowne plaza next door so value for money wise it is very good

Our go too place on Yas Island.

There is absolutely nothing that is too much trouble. The whole place and surrounding areas are spotless.

100% recommend and can’t wait to head back in October.

My Wife and I stayed at the Hotel for 13 nights. We liked everything about the hotel, the Staff were fantastic, the layout of the rooms and amenities were great for long or short term residents. The hotel provides food and 2 x drinks every Monday to Thursday at no extra charge. I would recommend this hotel

Great service. Might include Greek yogurt, oatmeal without milk, and non-dairy milk for tea/coffee to the breakfrast menu.

The stuff, the service, the food, everything was just perfect. Better then some 5 star hotels.

Loves it. The Staybridge has the most amazing breakfast that I have ever eaten.

Great location

Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast buffet was good, also unexpected food in the evening included which helped with our fussy eaters before we went out for dinner and a couple of free alcoholic drinks lessens the blow of expensive alcohol prices at restaurants. You can you use the crowne plaza pool which is in the sun and the bus stop to get to the parks is literally outside. All around great hotel

We try to stay here each time we come to Abu Dhabi the place is just amazing, friendly , comfortable, amazing cleanliness, great food and loads of choices. If I had one things to mention that wasn’t good this time it’s the television, they’ve called the volume to a max of 30, I understand why this has been done but I don’t think they’ve sat on the sofa and tried to hear anything when the tvs at it’s max, you really can’t hear a thing. That’s just a trivial thing but it’s nice to watch of an evening when your settling down for the night sometimes :-)

The place got to loud in the early mornings arpund 2am and later with planes landing and taking off. So loud that it can wake up the dead! Friendly crew

The hotel had a lot of amenities, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. However the suite we stayed at had a musky smell which suggests that it needs to be aired out or more ventilation. Will stay again.

Nice property

Staff were helpful, professional and friendly at all times. Access to Crowne Plaza pool and gym was a great bonus, but our favourite was definitely the pool on site - much quieter and in the shade.
Wil definitely look at rebooking here when I return to Abu Dhabi.

The staff were pretty GOOD! Upon entering room, room was nice size. Reservation was made for 4, there were on 2 drying towel, 2 hand towel, no wash towels, no complimentary bathroom kits. When it came time for bed, we had house keeping ( staff was GOOD)come to draw the sofa bed, the sofa bed was broke and they were a little hesitant to provide an extra bed. The shower and sink water was yellow/brown looking. Had to run for about 10-15 minutes, second morning the same thing. Breakfast was decent.This was our first time staying here.
