Excellent stay! The hotel has a perfect location close to Yas Mall which made everything very convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade which made my stay even more special. What really stood out was the staff — they were extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless and the service was outstanding. Highly recommended thanks to such an amazing team

Great deal with theme park access
Pros:

Great value for money, especially with the complimentary theme park access for four persons. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. Special thanks to Ms. Maricar for upgrading us to a room with a balcony and pool view.

Cons:

The balcony was a bit dusty, it might not have been properly cleaned before we checked in. The checkout process was confusing as there was no clearly designated counter for checkout.

Loved the whole experience! Darli was exceptionally courteous and helpful, she made sure we all were very well taken care of and provided all the necessary information with utmost proficiency.

Amazing experience at Crowne Plaza Yas Island. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Always ready to take the extra mile to make sure our stay wonderful and comfortable. Facilities are also good and our kids had a great time.

Please avoid this hotel! I would give 0 to the hotel and booking.com. I booked this hotel on booking with park tickets. When we arrived, the hotel front desk told us we made a reservation on another building of Crowne Plaza. We walked there and later found it was not Crown Plaza but a two star hotel because Crown Plaza was overbooked to host an athlete event. The entire staffs were cheating us for upgrade and although I showed my booking confirmation with park tickets, they waste us over 3 hours in communication and did not want to give us the tickets. They said the park tickets is fake marketing promotion on booking. We communicated with booking.com and had not solve this issue. I used booking.com for more than 10 years and won't return for the bad customer service.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Yas Island. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and relaxing, and the service was excellent.
On the first day they welcomed us with coffee and free bottled water, which was a very kind gesture. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yas Island.

amazing stay
Pros:

my nephew and i stayed in this hotel for 5 nights , the suite that we were in was spacious with a mini kitchen , staff were super friendly , breakfast and dinner was great , the pool area was amazing , the location is great too , minutes away from the bay and the mall , we had a great time and would defn return back
