עשיתי הזמנה למבוגר ו3 ילדים החדר פיצי קטן רצו להכניס 2 מיטות לחדר קטן וזה לא היה הגיוני כי זה צפוף ברמה שאי אפשר לקום מהמיטה, רק לאחר משא ומתן החליפו לחדר גדול שגם היה בלי מרפסת. והיו להם חדרים גדולים עם מרפסת הם רצו תשלום נוסף

Pros:

The room was very clean and well maintained, with comfortable beds and good amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of very good quality, while the dinner was also delicious with plenty of options. The common areas and hotel facilities were in excellent condition.

Cons:

The only negative point was that the room was quite small for 4 people, which made the space feel a bit cramped, especially with our luggage.

There were I sufficient staff in the restaurant leaving tables full of used plates where the diners had left. The staff allowed some Middle Eastern children unaccompanied by adults to sit in the restaurant kicking football, stealing water bottles from other tables and being allowed to scream and misbehave. It was absolutely shocking behaviour. We moved tables immediately and it ruined dinner as they threw chips on the floor, which were then trampled on. It was really appalling. We will not return as the staff allowed it to happen.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception was very welcoming. The staff at check-in were extremely helpful and made the process smooth and easy, and the check-out staff were just as kind and professional.
The room was very clean and well-organized, and housekeeping was always responsive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
What really stood out was the attitude of all the staff always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely nice, even though the hotel was fully booked. The pool was lovely, and there was a great play area for kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
