Good place , bad management
Cons:

The staff charged me three times wrong , i paid at check in and when i left they charged me again , and asked my wife to pay
It was so bad to use my credit card without any call , i expected the staff to call me first to ask before abusing my credit card which was unexplained and unjusfied to me

It’s clear not a hotel equipped for its full capacity. Pool is very small, no direct access to the beach.

Cons:

The room that we were given is a room for disabled people which can’t accommodate 4 persons. When we requested to change, the staff at the reception wasn’t helpful at all.

Pros:

We received such a warm welcome by Aung at reception. Everyone from valet to hotel staff is always smiling and welcome. We were upgraded to a 1 bhk suite since we were four adults and it was so nice of the team to do so.

Wonderful Family Stay.
Pros:

The staff were all excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The rooms were clean and the facilities were great. It was really nice to have beach access too.

Cons:

There could've been a few more sun loungers by the pool.

Too busy at Eid.
Pros:

Great location, clean rooms, great balcony with lovely view of pool and sea. Room service was great.

Cons:

As it was Eid, hotel and island itself was at capacity. The theme parks were so busy that we ended up leaving early and going back to hotel pool. Pool is not big enough for the amount of guests that were there. Beach was nice but no f&b services there and it closed at 6pm despite sign saying 7pm. Water sports facilities were also not open at the beach unfortunately.

Excellent budget stay in a great locations.
Pros:

Breakfast had a good selection, was nice and we didn't wait for long at any counter despite the hotel being at full capacity during the eid break.
The bus to and from the Yas Parks and mall was very convenient and on time.
They have a pool (Which was v busy), sauna, basic gym and steam room facilities, a small shop inside for basic items.
The service and the location are excellent.
Checkin and check out was very fast.

Cons:

The charging for electric cars. They have two units and one tesla parked their car without charging it for two days. This caused me to leave the hotel find a charger (15 mins away) and charge it there. They didnt have the key as they allowed the driver to park it there and keep the key. They didnt have the drivers contact details either.

Cons:

الحمام يحتاج تجديد مستهلك و بعضه مكسور و الماء يوقف بالبانيو و افضل ازالته ووضع شاور بدل بانيو .
