Forgotten items returned
Pros:

We were staying here prior to my open heart surgery at Baylor Scott & White. Upon leaving we forgot my cane and noise canceling headphones. My wife returned 2 weeks later (after my release) and all was returned.

The people were very kind and the room was super nice!
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was right across the street from the hospital I was going to! The room was very spacious and although we didn't need it, having the kitchenette was awesome! The bathroom was also very nice and clean.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints!

Quiet Location, Clean Room
Pros:

Great location near the hospital. Far from the loud interstate traffic. Room was really clean. All surfaces were clean.

Highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location. Staff was friendly. I lost my glasses & they went over & beyond to help me find them.I was greatly appreciated. Beds were comfortable, A/C was blowing cold, convenient kitchen in our room, shower water pressure was great, Clean & over all a pleasant stay. Highly recommend this Hotel!!

Cons:

There's nothing I didn't like, Everything was great!! No complaints.

The actual facilities were fine. It was the staff that made a great impression on me. Excellent service and a great attention to guest comfort and support.
