1. Check-in required three times at the desk to get 2 working keys.
2. Noise in the room above was loud even after reporting noice to the front desk after midnight.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our luggage was accommodated because we got too early. Mr. Kim, chief engineer, very friendly and accommodating to our personal needs
AM and PM Shereika & María receptionists, very friendly and diligent in attending us. Down To Earth people!

It was a great stay
Pros:

It was very clean, it was quiet. The staff was very friendly. This is an oil and gas town so the hotels are pretty busy with workers. This place was very good. The working men staying there were quiet in the morning when they were leaving and very respectful.

The staff was great

Cons:

My reservation wasn't made with the hotel even though I received a conformation. I'm still being billed even though I paid the hotel directly when the reservation wasn't there.

Friendly staff who still gives good customer service!
Pros:

My family & I were booked at a nearby hotel for a hockey tournament (6 hours from home) & the other hotel cancelled our room without notifying us. We drove over to Candlewood Suites & they were so welcoming & accommodating! Every staff member we encountered was helpful & greeted you with a smile. We had to stay an extra night because of a snow storm & could have moved to a hotel with a pool with our teammates, but stayed because of the hospitality & cleanliness of the room & hotel! Would stay again!
