Pros:

Die Lage ist großartig! Allerdings merkt man bei den Zimmern und dem Treppenhaus das es schon ganz schön in die Jahr gekommen ist. Es ist ein altmodisches Apartment Hotel mit kuriosen Teppich Böden und reduzierter Ausstattung. Leider hat es in unserem Zimmer etwas nach Schweiß gerochen, das liegt aber auch daran das die Ausrichtung ausschließlich aus Stoff überzogenen Möbeln bestand. Das sollte vielleicht überdacht werden aus hygienischen Gründen…

Ansonsten kann man bei der Lage und dem Preis bei einer Nacht nichts falsch machen.

Großartige Lage und top Ausstattung

Wir haben ein Update bekommen und durften aus diesem Appartement heraus einen grandiosen Blick auf die Frauenkirche genießen - sehr großzügige FeWo, gute Ausstattung

Super Lage, um Oper, Konzert und Museen etc. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Pros:

Die exponierte Lage neben der Frauenkirche

Cons:

Küchengeräte waren zum Teil beschädigt. Der Einstieg zur Dusche (in der Wanne) war gefährlich. Für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Hätte vorher bekannt gegeben werden müssen. Auch die Fenster sollte man ab und zu putzen!

Wir haben aus der Evakuierung das beste gemacht und einen tollen Kurzurlaub gehabt

Die Lage ist immer wieder perfekt. Man wohnt nur ein paar Schritte von der Frauenkirche, dem Zwinger und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie sind für jeden Geschmack in der Nähe

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Aber da man sich in Dresden befindet, sollte man auf Evakuierungen vorbereitet sein. Es kann täglich ein Bombenfund gemeldet werden. Uns hat es diesmal, am 11.03.26 betroffen

Großzügiges Appartement in hervorragender Lage und unbegrenzten Möglichkeiten
Pros:

Durch ein Upgrade vom Hause, haben wir ein größeres Appartement mit direktem Ausblick auf die Frauenkirche genießen dürfen. Hier ist man direkt im Geschehen der Altstadt und kann zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt zu Fuß ansteuern. Abends gibt es unzählige Möglichkeiten, um sehr gut Essen zu gehen. Parken im separaten Teil der Tiefgarage ist direkt unter dem Hotel möglich und sehr empfehlenswert. Allerbeste Lage am Neumarkt, ein fantastisches Frühstück, bester Service und freundliches Personal, haben uns einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt beschert. Vielen Dank, uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!
