Customer service was great but my room was not in the best condition.
Pros:

The parking was great and they had excellence customer services. Very professional and helpful.

Cons:

The room wasn’t in the best condition. The bathroom had roaches and the tub wouldn’t drain as it should. The room smelled old and musty.

i think the contractors have begun to destroy this hotel, rocks on carpet/hallway dirt/elevator
Pros:

Breakfast was fair, same menu for both days, bacon, limited fruits and no grits second day of stay..

. the location and the staff especially the ladies taking care of breakfast

Breakfast was good many options

Cons:

Drain in sink wouldn’t stay up, water wouldn’t drain unless you pulled the drain up. And the drain stem was useless also it didn’t work. The door was open when we got there. My grandson pushed on the door it opened up without the key and it was hard to close and open from the inside

Pros:

It was convenient and we could bring our dog

Cons:

The room itself was clean . However the couch was dirty. Looked like it had vomit on it or food and we found a clump of hair from someone's brush . Also after we checked in someone decided to use my credit card info to go shopping, so I had to cancel the card so now I don't have that card for our vacation so thanks so much for that .
