Comfortable accomodations but housekeeping needs to do a better job.

Convenient location and reasonably comfortable accommodations.

Cons:

Elevator carpet needed to be vacuumed. Sticky cups by water dispenser in lobby. No facial tissues in bathroom. Hair conditioner bottle not open or placed in applicator assembly.

We were very disappointed in our stay. Price did reflect the value.

AC made piercing sound on and off all night.
Water stains on ceiling.
The access from ceiling kept falling down in shower.
Curtain was broken therefore street light was in our eyes all night the sun in morning.
Pool was closed because no one would clean it.

My stay was good. Checkin clerk was amazing, but the check out attendant was on her phone sitting in

Cons:

The bathroom was not completely clean. Dust on the dividers. Coffee maker on bathroom counter when everyone is brushing their teeth.

Management needs to do more training with the staff. Extremely poor customer service.
Pros:

The air conditioner in our room worked well.

When dropped off our key, the front desk clerk was very pleasant.

these were the only 2 positive experiences we had during our stay.

Cons:

When we arrived in our room, we had 1 towel, 1 roll of bathroom tissue, and 1 Kleenex (not one box - one tissue).
When we asked for more towels on the morning of our departure, we were told.... "you will be leaving shortly, but I'll try to find you a towel. "

There was no coffee creamer at breakfast, we were told to use milk. The hostess was not pleasant at all.

The custodian was being reprimanded very loudly when we arrived. It was disturbing to hear the supervisor yelling at an employee.

While waiting to be checked the front desk clerk, did not acknowledge my presence while she was waiting for the customer to locate his license.

Then another customer stepped up and was complaining about water leaking from the ceiling. The staff said they would put in an order for maintenance crew. She did not appear to be really concerned about the problem.

We have been staying at this hotel with our family since 2013, and it was always a good experience. Something, horribly has changed.
