Very clean hotel. Breaksfast was just wonderful.
Breakfast was good many options
Drain in sink wouldn’t stay up, water wouldn’t drain unless you pulled the drain up. And the drain stem was useless also it didn’t work. The door was open when we got there. My grandson pushed on the door it opened up without the key and it was hard to close and open from the inside
It was convenient and we could bring our dog
The room itself was clean . However the couch was dirty. Looked like it had vomit on it or food and we found a clump of hair from someone's brush . Also after we checked in someone decided to use my credit card info to go shopping, so I had to cancel the card so now I don't have that card for our vacation so thanks so much for that .
Clean , nice location , friendly staff , good breakfast ! Would come back again !
Nothing at all.
We had a terrible experience.
Upon check in I had to wait 15 minutes at the desk, no one came so we went to get something to eat and hoped someone would be back when we returned.
When we arrived we had no towels in our room, no sheets for the extra pull out. The room has dirty linens by the window, no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles, the bottle holder was broken amd the empty bottles sat on the side of the tub. The AC unit didnt work, I had to fix that myself and clean out the filters that had never been touched. Had to ask for towels and sheets 3 times, when we finally got them the chick seemed to be inconvenienced and had to pause the show she was watching on her phone.
Pool was gross, with a fine layer of grit at the bottom, it wasn't supposed to be there, no pool towels to dry off with.
Wanted to do a load of laundry, washer didnt work. Asked the person at the desk, she told me someone would need to look at it, no one ever came, I figured that out too, they had it plugged into a dead outlet, switched the plug, worked without an issue.
Breakfast was 100% cold, they had no milk, no forks we could only use spoons and knives, options very slim because nothing was ready. Asked for napkins we got a stack of brown trifold paper towels youd find in a bathroom paper towel dispenser.
Over all a terrible experience, luckily for them there was coffee and food nearby.
The professionalism of the front desk and housekeeping staff. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness of the inside of the hotel.
The air conditioner wasn’t cooling like it should have been being set @ 60 degrees. The room should have felt like a freezer. We called and report the problem before we left out. Once we returned, continued to have the same problem. We decided to deal with the problem since we weren’t in the room during the day and we were checking on Monday
The location right off of I95. The rooms are big.
The odor was bad. Like wet dog. The beds were indented and and the sofa bed had a huge indentation and the padding was dirty and my daughter said she felt the wiring in her back. They really shouldn’t advertise it as a sofa bed. The breakfast was minimal and the women in charge was slamming things and complaining the whole time. It wasn’t welcoming at all.
