"bonjour, chambre non conforme à la description et délabrée (moisissure +++ dans la chambre, salle de bain + cheveux dans la douche à notre arrivée et papier peint sale et decollé). des clous ressortent à la tête de lit : très dangereux. la climatisation ne marche pas. pas de TV car les piles de la télécommande sont hors service. pas de mini bar pas de bureau pas de portant pour poser nos affaires pas de fer à repasser ni table pas de bidet Abattant des toilettes cassés. fuite dans la salle de bain. si vous souhaitez je peux vous en envoyer d’autres photos. C'est honteux d'avoir payé ce prix et d'avoir un taudis !!!! Nous attendons le remboursement ou un GROS geste commercial Cordialement. Mme Couallier"

Tijdens onze vakantie van een week was het een prettig en rustig hotel. Alles was dichtbij, de locatie was goed. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en gevarieerd. Het personeel was altijd vriendelijk en stond klaar om te helpen. Als we een probleem hadden, vonden ze meteen een snelle oplossing. Ik beveel dit hotel aan iedereen aan die Istanbul bezoekt en op zoek is naar een goede nachtrust en ontspanning.🙂

Месторасположение отличное! Завтраки достойные.

Cons:

Очень брезгливо было там находиться. Плесень в ванной. Мусор убирали каждый день, но полы не мыли все три дня что мы там находились. Постельное с пятнами помады то ли еще чего-то. Очень маленький номер с видом на пожарную лестницу. Не повезло. Чайника и стаканов нет. Ходили в ресторан на крыше чтобы набрать кипятка. Персонал ресторана не очень был доволен этим фактом. Слышимость в номерах очень высокая. Ресторан на крыше работает до 1:00 ночи. Шум и пляски жильцам были обеспечены. Все было слышно отменно. Лифт очень шумный и также грохот от хождения по лестнице посетителей ресторана вам также будут обеспечены. После окончания работы ресторана ( после часа ночи) персонал очень долго и громко по свою музычку убирает помещение ресторана. На жильцов отеля им плевать. Запомните: там главнее ресторан чем посетители отеля. Не советую к проживанию не в коем случае!!!

Die Zimmer waren extrem klein. Die Tür knallt an das Bett. Kein Durchgang zum Bett möglich. Nur fürs Schlafen geeignet.

The hotel was at a very high level, honestly for the money it can be said that it is the best place I have ever been, the location is perfect, the staff is also the breakfast was a classic breakfast which honestly for that price was more than expected, I recommend this hotel to everyone, if I ever go to Istanbul again I am sure that I would stay here again
