Hotel staff was rude about breakfast. Had a dog with us, they wouldn't let us take food to the room. Breakfast was terrible btw. Stale bagels and old fruit.

We are on a road trip back home and just needed a place to lay our heads for the night. After through torrential rain we were greeted by a Very friendly staff member. When we checked in the gentleman at the desk realized it was my birthday and upgraded our room! Had a lovely stay and a lot of choices for continental breakfast. Very clean, comfortable accommodations.

The carpet was sticky. The front desk guy was late with breakfast being ready and then decided to clean and mop the floor when we were trying to eat. A bit pricey.

We all got bed bugs. The hotel reeked. The floor in the bathroom felt like it was going to cave in. Worst experience at a hotel ever...and I've stayed at some pretty sketchy places.
