建物自体は古いですが室内は綺麗でバスローブやリネン類は良い香りがしました。

不潔なわけではないですが、古さが目立ちすぎました。
多少の工夫が必要です。長期滞在だとしたら気がめいりますね。スタッフさんが感じよかったです。

The experience was very bad. I kept calling the front desk multiple times that a/c doesn’t work but no one fixed anything. The interior looked bad and the place was very smelly.

Decent spot to sleep, wished the rooms were a little bit bigger as well as the bathroom but it was alright. Very doable walking distance from train station. Staff was friendly and helpful with questions. WiFi was a little slow but for the most part ok.

This hotel is really old. There are stains on the lamp shades and the curtains. The AC did not work. The pillows were terrible. The towels felt rhe sand paper. It is in a good location but do not expect to be comfortable.

This hotel was outdated and had stains around the walls, shower curtains, and other small areas. As far as I could tell the bed was clean but the room and restroom in particular had a bad stench. I think I “what I paid for” but in the future I’d rather pay a few extra dollars for something a bit nicer. On a positive note it wasn’t to far from train stations

The staff were always very friendly towards us. Most speak English or understand English. Just keep in mind, it is hotel policy to return your key every day you leave and you’ll get it back when you return. Plenty of shopping in the area, family mart and 7/11 are within 1 block of the hotel, domino’s is next door, and Ikebukuro station is a 5-8 minute walk from the door. Highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a comfortable place that’s easily accessible to the greater Tokyo area. (The rooms are small and the bathrooms are tiny, other than that, there’s absolutely no complaints)
