Accidently book this room cancelles within a dew minutes they made me pay 220.00 for a room that was never stayed in no refund no credit or anything will never book with tgem again!!! Horrible customer service

Worst experience at the hotel
Pros:

It was the worst experience; there was blood on my bedspread. We complained, and the manager said it was something that could happen and that it wasn't a 5-star hotel. We paid $270 for one night—I don't think that's cheap enough to justify something like this happening.

Great place for the price.
Pros:

Service was great and reasonably priced. Had a great stay. Only stayed for the weekend but room was clean and staff was very attentive and helpful especially when looking for recommendations on places to eat.

The location and the breakfast.

Cons:

The female receptionist we encountered upon arrival was unfriendly and rude. The AC in our room was not working effeciently enough. I should have known that when I noticed the stand up fan in the corner of the room. My family and I stayed hot all night.

This is definitely a good bang for your buck. Everyone was very professional.
Pros:

The room was very clean, and comfortable. The Breakfast was warm and not cold. Great! The staff was very friendly, which makes a big difference.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like. All in all I thought it was a great selection. I will definitely schedule another stay with you again.
