Great place to stay for a great price
Pros:

Extremely close to the beach and a great value

Cons:

Can’t think of anything specific. I would say on a super hot day the lack of ac might be an issue.. but we kept the door open to hear the ocean. It was fantastic

Pros:

The ease of access was great. Easy walking distance to the beach and the central Pismo Beach Pier, restaurants and shops.
The room layout was great . The bedroom was completely separate from the living area. The bathroom area had a lot of space

Cons:

Nothing could have better. I was completely satisfied

Perfect location & gorgeous apartment
Pros:

This was such a huge apartment and was perfect for our family of 5. Was lovely having a separate bedroom to the kids too! Lovely and clean, perfect location and wished we had booked to stay longer!

It was our 14th wedding anniversary. I was hoping for a little more. It was just an okay stay.
Pros:

The view had a great view of the ocean and beach. The room was spacious. The decor was nice. The location to the pier and activities was very close and quick pleasant walk from our room. Other than that, it was an overall okay trip.

Cons:

What I didn't like was the toilet was for a small child. Very close to the ground. The internet was very bad. T.V. kept losing signal and we had to get up and unplug the T.V. to reset it. The curtains were badly equipped. The screen door did not work. The maid service was horrible.

Good location
Pros:

Location near to main area of town and beach with view of the water.

Cons:

Hot and stuffy. No air conditioning and very loud if window is open due to near restaurants bars etc

Jennifer was great! Very prompt and responsive in any requests we had

Cons:

The pack-and-play had sand all over it when we arrived, and Jennifer had to come help clean it.

We also booked an ocean view room, but the view was partial at best from the side of the patio.

The kitchen could have been stocked better - there were only 2 plates and some glasses / mugs. Would have been nice to have a few more bowls, etc.
