Wonderful stay! So enjoyable and relaxing.
Pros:

The property is only a few steps from the beach. The kitchen allowed us to cook home cooked meals. We sat on the veranda and watched the beach. We were close to stores and there was a cafe downstairs. Free onsite parking garage that locks at night. We hit the mother load when we found this place.

Cons:

Everything was positive.

Pros:

One of our families favorite hotels to stay in when we visit pismo. Great location, beautiful views, staff is super friendly and accommodating. We extended our stay and had to switch rooms and they made the transition so easy for us. Rooms are spacious and always clean. Everything is within walking distance and splash cafe is right next door, what’s not to love?

Cons:

My only complaint: There is no AC and our first room was stuffy and hot when we arrived. Weather was fantastic though, so an open door and some fans got it cooled down and it was fine. Not sure I’d be able to handle it in the summer.

I love that it was really close to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved that my car was locked in their garage and you had to have a code to get in and out of the parking garage.

Cons:

Honestly, my only complaint was the toilet. It was too low to the ground. And the icemaker didn’t work on the floor that we were on.

It was beautiful

Cons:

Alot of my makeup was missing. The staff was very snooty, and they charged me extra for my son putting cheetos on the sheets. Hes autistic. But they said i left it thrashed, they sent me pics and jt was just a lil trash and the cheeto stain. They made it seem like we were partying. It was just me n my 2 sons. I dont think it was that big of a mess. Lol.. Id rather of went camping on the beach yo.
