Good location
Pros:

Location near to main area of town and beach with view of the water.

Cons:

Hot and stuffy. No air conditioning and very loud if window is open due to near restaurants bars etc

The view.

Cons:

The property was dirty and dated. The unit we stayed in was also dirty! The carpet and furniture were dirty. The blinds were broken. The sliding glass door didn’t lock. Very disappointed with the unit and even more disappointed that Booking.com listed old pictures of the unit! I rely on Booking.com to post recent pictures of the properties that are presented. I am seriously contemplating not using Booking.com for future vacations.

Jennifer was great! Very prompt and responsive in any requests we had

Cons:

The pack-and-play had sand all over it when we arrived, and Jennifer had to come help clean it.

We also booked an ocean view room, but the view was partial at best from the side of the patio.

The kitchen could have been stocked better - there were only 2 plates and some glasses / mugs. Would have been nice to have a few more bowls, etc.

4th of July in Pismo .
Pros:

The ocean front room was amazing , such a huge balcony. We watched the fireworks from there . So beautiful.
Bed is comfortable and the room was big and very clean .

Cons:

Very expensive but it was 4th of July weekend so it’s to be expected.

Luv the kitchenette and will return again!!
Pros:

Our room was so big and decorated to suit the beach location! Jennifer at the front desk was so nice and helped me with an upgraded room and a late check out of noon as we were running late getting back from camping on beach!
