Will definitely stay again! Great Motel.
Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms. Had a great kitchen area. Nice Motel and right by beach and restaurants. Has gated parking.

Great proximity to beach, food and stores. Parking included and locked and beach toys for kids was a nice addition. Spacious and kitchenette with stocked kitchen. Staff was communicative pre arrival, letting us know the room was ready and asking ETA to ensure our checkin was smooth. Check in was easy and smooth.

Cons:

Supplies were not refilled (shampoo, conditioner, soap). There were only 3 coffee pods for our stay, so we had to go get coffee for the second morning or use decaf pods.
The room we paid for was with sea view but the description and price should be for less than partial sea view. Room 203 has building blocking all sea view but a tiny lil crack through which you can see the pier. It's understandable that not all rooms can have a view, but it should be specified and charged accordingly.
Bedroom TV did not work at all (something to do with connection to router) and tv in living room has Samsung tv channels.
On our last morning, there was no hot water. We dont know if it was due to being a popular time for shower time but water would not get hot at all.
We didnt think to bring usb charging stations as rooms typically include those at least in one outlet or night lamp these days, but this room has regular outlets only; so a couple of devices remained uncharged. Not a major setback but something to think of packing that we had assumed would be included.

Felt like home but with a stunning view.
Pros:

Really liked that it was walking distance from beach.
Enjoyed sitting in the balcony, listening to the waves.
Loved that they have all your beach stuff like chairs, towels and sand toys. Parking garage was wonderful, we were able to leave tuff in the bed of our truck without having to worry about it being stolen.

Beach perfection

Fireplace didn't work but was explainable as they were waiting for apart. This was our 2nd time staying and would definitely book again

Views and distance to shops are nice but building is lacking on general upkeep
Pros:

The view from the room was nice

Cons:

Shower temperature was all over the place, at first was lukewarm then cold, I waited a little bit then it got hot for about 3 min then went cold again.
The bath tub also doesn’t drain very well and keeps a couple of inches of water the entire shower.
Microwave works but the turn table is inoperable so heats up food weird.

Lovely stay at the beach
Pros:

Dezra in the front office is always so kind and welcoming. Location is perfect, allowing for easy access to the beach and pier. Room is very comfortable and balcony is wonderful. Really appreciate covered, locked parking.

Cons:

The “kitchen” area could use some more things to make it a little more functional.
