Pros:

Posizione centrale, hotel pulito, personale gentile, camera accogliente con tutto il necessario per una vacanza turistica. parcheggio a pagamento a 30 metri dall'hotel, comodissimo.

Top Lage und sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war ausgesprochen herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir wurden immer wieder gefragt, ob wir Unterstützung benötigen oder Tipps für die Stadt möchten. Besonders positiv fanden wir die vielen kleinen Gesten: Bei Regenwetter wurde uns sogar ein Regenschirm angeboten und beim Ein- und Ausgehen wurde nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt. Diese aufmerksame und freundliche Art hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das offene Buffet bietet eine große Auswahl, sodass für jeden etwas dabei ist. Lediglich das Ei muss separat bezahlt werden, was aber kein Problem darstellt, da dies im Vorfeld transparent kommuniziert wird.

Sehr praktisch war der vorhandene Fahrstuhl, der für uns ein wichtiger Grund für die Buchung war. Allerdings ist dieser recht klein, sodass unser Kinderwagen gerade so hineingepasst hat.

Lage ist top! Wir würden wieder kommen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt waren die Matratzen des Doppelbettes: Diese waren unterschiedlich lang, wodurch man auf einer Seite das Gefühl hatte, leicht nach außen wegzurutschen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für die Stadtbesichtigung ausgezeichnet.
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit.
Wir genossen ein sehr gutes und vielfälltiges Frühstück.
Wir fanden einen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein. Für die Koffer war wenig Platz vorhanden.
