Leben in einer dreckigen Baustelle
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Hotel wird zur Zeit renoviert, überall ist es schmutzig, es sieht aus wie auf einer Baustelle... Die Tiefgarage ist dreckig und baufällig und in einem fürchterlichen Zustand.

Cons:

Wir wurden vorher ( bei der Buchung) nicht daraufhin gewiesen, dass das Hotel umgebaut wurde und wir ein Zimmer im 5. stock bekamen und der Aufzug defekt war. 107 Stufen
Dann war der Service beim Frühstück nicht gut. Bei einer Reklamation das der Kaffee kalt ist, sagte die Mitarbeiterin das weiß ich auch nicht.

Hôtel en travaux… il fallait monter les 3 étages à pied … ce ne fut pas un réel problème pour nous !

Mehr kann man sich eigentlich nicht wünschen!
Pros:

Hoteleingang bei Ankunft geöffnet und Rezeption mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Menschen besetzt! Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk grandios (war eigentlich eine Suite) mit Balkon und Blick über Halle! Alles sehr großzügig, ästhetisch und sehr ruhig, obwohl mitten in der Stadt!

Cons:

Leider funktionierte zu unserer Zeit der Aufzug nicht! Aber das hatte uns das Hotel vorher mitgeteilt - daher unsere Schuld, wenn wir gleichwohl Zimmer unterm Dach haben wollten!

Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, Upgrade wegen Renovierung (siehe unten), trotz Renovierung kein Lärm, gute Lage zur Fussgängerzone nach vorne und öffentlichem Parkhaus nach hinten

Cons:

Das Dormero in Halle wird renoviert, Zimmer sind im 3. und 4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Im 1. und 2. Stock stehen viele der alten Möbel und Matrazen etc, der Boden ist vollständig mit Plastik abgeklebt. Leider gab es bei der Buchung über Booking keine Information darüber, dass das Hotel gerade renoviert wird.

Bed was really good.

Cons:

The hotel never warned guests that major renovation work was taking place. The elevator doesn’t work, the first three floors are basically an active construction site, and there is строительный мусор, dust, dirt, and chaos everywhere. Instead of feeling like a hotel, it feels like staying inside an unfinished building.

The situation at the reception desk is just as ridiculous. After 12 PM there is simply nobody there. It’s impossible to leave luggage, ask for assistance, or get any kind of support. Customer service essentially does not exist.

The most telling part of the experience: the only employee I managed to find was the person maintaining the aquarium — and even he advised me to move to another hotel. That alone says everything about the state of this place.

This hotel shows complete disrespect toward its guests. Selling rooms during heavy construction without any warning is unacceptable. Absolutely do not recommend staying here.

Das Hotel war eine Baustelle; es wurde renoviert und war in einem dementsprechenden Zustand; das Treppenhaus war vollgestellt mit ausrangierten Matratzen und Gerümpel.
Wir waren in der halbfertigen 4.Etage untergebracht; der Fahrstuhl war außer Betrieb, der Flur war schmutzig, die Lüftung und das Licht im Bad funktionierte nicht.

Ein charmantes Hotel in perfekter Lage…
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage am Boulevard mit kurzem Weg zum Markt ist unschlagbar. Die Möglichkeit im Parkhaus direkt am Hotel zu parken ist ebenfalls ein dicker Pluspunkt. Das Personal ist sehr engagiert und freundlich. Auch das Ambiente mit einer Mischung aus antik und modern hat uns gefallen.
Die Zimmereinrichtung war ganz neu und geschmackvoll. Wenn die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen sind, wird das (wieder) ein schmuckes Hotel sein…

Cons:

Es wird noch immer gebaut, deshalb ging der Fahrstuhl nicht und man musste immer durch die im Umbau befindliche Baustellen-Etage. Was noch nicht erneuert wurde, ist natürlich etwas abgenutzt.
Der 5. Stock hat uns zwar etwas zum Schnaufen gebracht, dafür war die Aussicht vom Balkon über die Dächer der Stadt grandios und das reichhaltige Frühstück gut verdaut.
Man sollte auch etwas nachsichtig sein, wenn sich ein Hotel im Umbau befindet. Das können leider nicht alle Gäste - dabei sind alle Mitarbeiter bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Und eine komplette Schließung für die Zeit des Umbaus wäre für Betreiber sicher unwirtschaftlich und für‘s Personal eine Katastrophe.
